Chapter 33

"But??" I ask. "She's not willing to give him up so easily." She says.
"We're gonna need you two to come with us." She says. I walk out of the bathroom and head to the living room. "Okay when?" I ask. "We'll be there in twenty minutes." She says and hangs up. I run over to Vic, tears of happiness running down my cheeks.

"What's wrong?" He ask worriedly. I wipe my tears and say, "They said they found Daniel!" Vic hugs me tightly then sniffles into my shoulders.

"Where?" He ask. "At some woman's house, we need to call someone to come watch the babies." I say.

"I'll call Ma," Vic says. He hands Aiden to me and disappears into the hallway. He's fallen asleep so I whisper, "I think we're gonna get your bother back today." I say excitedly as I cradled Aiden. I rock him as I walked to the nursery. I walked into the room and put him back into his crib. I walked out then I jump in excitement. I walk into Vic and I's bedroom.

Vic was still on the phone with his mom. There's a smile on Vic's face as he talks to her, I know they're both excited. I walk over to the drawer and pull out a pair of sweats. I slip them on and I put a better shirt than the one I had on on. I turn around to be picked up and spun in a circle. Vic put me down and cupped my face in his hands. He smashed his lips against mine.

"We're finally gonna get our Daniel back!" He says happily when we pull away. "I know!" I say excitedly. He pulls me into a hug his arms wrapping around my waist. I could feel my eyes burn as tears threatened to spill from my eyes. We stood there holding each other.

Vic and I pull away hearing a knock at the front door. "I'll get it!" Vic says running to the door. I walk out of our bedroom and into the babies room. I walked over to Aiden's and said, "You're brother will be here soon." I smile. A small smile appeared on his lips, then it dropped.

I heard movement come from Aileen's crib. I walked over to her and saw she was awake. "Well hello there Darling," I coo. I pick her up gently and hold her against my chest. My hand on her back supporting her. I walk out of the room to Ma and Vic talking. "Aw, is she wide awake?" Mama asked. "Yeah, I looked in her crib to see her eyes wide open." I chuckle.

She walked to my right side, which is where Aileen's head was turned to. "Hi Honey it's grandma." She smiles. I pat her back gently.

After a few more minuets of waiting officers Gunn and Preciado were here. Vic and I both hugged mama before leaving with Daniels car seat. Vic grabbed my hand and laced our fingers together. "I love you," I say. "I love you too," he says rubbing the dorsal side of my hand gently.

My phone rings, it's officer Gunn. I pick it up and I hear, "This isn't even the woman that took him though. Apparently, she adopted him illegally." Preciado explains. "What?! So the person doing this could still be out there?" I ask. "Yeah," Lynn says. This honestly pisses me off. We're most likely not gonna be the only people she does this to.

Thirty minuets later we parked in front of a house behind Precidado and Gunns police car. The house looked kinda run down. Nerves were beginning to run through my body I let a few tears escape my eyes. Vic gave my hand a gentle squeeze before we got out of the car. I gripped the handle on the car seat as we walked up to the house I grab Vic's hand. Preciado knocked on the door. An adorable little girl opened the door she looked to be about four years old almost five. "Hi sweetheart can you let us in?" Officer Gunn asked. She nodded and gave a cute smile. We all walked in, she shut the door behind us.

"These are the child's parents." Another police officer said. "I-I can't give him up! I just g-got him!" She sobs holding the baby close to her. "I'm sorry but the baby needs to be with his parents." Lynn says. "Please give us the kid," Preciado says. "I-I ca-n't." She sobs.

"Please, we just want our baby back." I say, my voice sounding broken. "How could you let a kid go to these....fa-"

Lynn cut her off. "Don't say that. We tried to be nice. Give them back their baby now. You're already in deep trouble I'm sure you don't want to be in any more." She threatened. The woman shakily passed Daniel to officer Gunn. Then she passed the baby to me. I signed in relief, tears flowing down my cheeks. My baby's back in my arms, in my care. I kissed his head repeatedly. I heard Vic sniffle as lent down and kissed Daniels head.

"We have our boy back." Vic says happily, hugging me. I rock Daniel back and forth. I tried to wipe away my falling tears but they kept coming as I kept wiping them. I'm just so happy and relived nothing bad happened to him. Vic put his finger up to Daniel's hand and Daniel grabbed it.

Daniel's eyes opened. My lips stretched into a huge smile. I carefully Daniel in the car seat and strapped him in. "We finally get to take you home honey." I say to him even though he couldn't understand me.

"Mommy?" The little girl said to the woman. "When you guys take me can you take her to her birth mother?" The woman asked. "Who is she?" Officer Precidado asked. "Her real name is Lisa Keeths." One of the officers nodded.

"Let's get you two home." Officer Gunn says. I nod and Vic picks Daniel up. We all walk out of the house, get into our car, and head home. Once we get home with Daniel it was exciting to see the family waiting for us. Mama had even gone through the trouble of cooking for us.

Now that we have our baby back our smiles have been wider than they have been for days. I actually had an appetite. Once everyone was done eating we all just talked about everything's that's happened and other random topics. Once it started to get late everyone left. Except for our moms who were helping us out by helping us clean.

"Goodnight!" Mom says happily then walks out. I made sure the door was locked. Vic went into the shower and since I took one earlier today I just laid down. I cuddle into the pillow. I scrolled through my social media accounts while Vic was showering. I wanna cuddle up to him tonight. Once I heard the shower turn off, happiness filled my body more.

About one minute later Vic came out of the bathroom. He was drying his hair. "Come here, I wanna cuddle you." I tell him. He gets on his side of the bed and scoots close to me and lays down. I meet him halfway and lay my head on his chest my arm going around his torso. "I hope things are better for us now." Vic says. I said, "Me too. I hope we finally get a break for at least a year."

Vic kisses my head and rubs my arm softly. "I love you," He says. "I love you too." I say holding onto him tightly.

"Sweet boy," I say bouncing myself gently, while patting Daniels back softly. I just got done feeding him, and I need to burp him. It's about five o'clock in the morning, but that's okay. I turn around to Vic standing in the door way causing me to jump. "You scared me," I whisper. "Sorry," he says. "What are you doing up?" I ask. "I heard you in here. I was coming to check on you then you were being so cute with Daniel. I couldn't help myself." He said in a husky low voice pushing himself off the doorframe.

I yawned. I'm still really tired, I wouldn't trade this moment for anything though. "You go back to sleep, I'll take care of him." Vic says. "It's okay you go back to sleep. I'll be fine." I say. "Princess you need sleep. "You haven't properly slept in a long time. You need sleep." He says. "What if-"

Vic cuts me off, "We have milk in the fridge remember? There will be no need for you to get up." He says. I sigh, it turning into another yawn. "Are you sure? I mean, I don't want to leave you take care of the kids by yourself." I say. "You're not, you're just getting some rest."

"Fine then, if you need me though wake me up." I tell him. "Okay I will." He agrees. I gave Daniel to him and he did the same thing I did. I stand up on my tippy toes and kiss Vic softly. "Goodnight," I say. I kiss Daniels head, then return back to bed.

Maybe 2 or 3 more chapters left. I haven't decided yet. Well what ever I decide I will be starting a Dan x Reader book so go read that when it comes out! Haha. I mean you don't have to cause I know most of you are Kellic fans idk how many of you are Dan and Phil fans. Alright I shall stop rambling now. Mkay I love you my Darlings ❤️😘
