"Thank you for last night," I smiled towards Nathan.
He looked up from his bacon sandwich and shrugged, "no problem," he said with his mouth full of food.
I made a disgusted face, "ew close your mouth," I mumbled before putting my cup into the dishwasher.
Nathan chuckled and finished his sandwich, "I'm a guy get over it," he answered and stood up. I took his plate off him and put it into the dishwasher. When I stood back up, I turned around and faced Nathan. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mine around his neck.
"The waiter from last night gave me his number," I said lightly.
Nathan suddenly started glaring, his grip around my waist tightened as he pulled me closer towards him, "you are mine," he mumbled his voice suddenly a tone deeper.
I hummed in response, "course," I said with a teasing voice.
Nathan leaned forward and captured my lips with his own. I gently tugged on his lip ring letting him release a small moan which in returned made my neck and face heat up. Nathan pulled away with a small smile on his face.
"You know you are mine," he murmured and moved a strand of my hair away from my face.
I just nodded my head, "I know that," I said quietly before Nathan roughly pressed his lips against mine once again. He moved his hand to the back of my thighs, he pulled away, "jump," he whispered.
I gave him a confused look but did what he said and he lifted me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and leaned my forehead against his as a giggle escaped. Nathan pulled his lower lip between his teeth and pulled on his lip ring. My hands moved through his soft brown hair that was pulled into a quiff today, I gently tugged on it and he released his lip and gently placed me onto the counter. His lips soon were attacked to mine once again. His hands ran down my thighs before slowly trailing back up to my waist.
"Are you just going to fuck on the counter? You do realise we make food there right?" Jess said making me pull away from Nathan but he worked his way to my neck.
I felt my face heat up as I pushed Nathan away to create some distance between us. I gave Jess an apologetic look but she just rolled her eyes with a slight smile, "just do it in the bedroom and use protection I don't want to be an aunt just yet," Jess joked lightly.
I looked down at my hands while Nathan moved back towards me. He took my hands in his and I looked up into his eyes, "we need to get to class," he said quickly.
I frowned a little and looked at him confused, "ok then," I said slowly. Nathan was never eager to get to class. It was always me who was telling him to get ready to go.
Nathan placed his hands on my waist, I jumped off the counter. Nathan wrapped an arm around my waist, I looked at Jess and gave her another smile before leaving the kitchen with Nathan.
"Why are you so eager?" I asked Nathan when Jess couldn't hear.
Nathan looked at me with a small smirk, "I'm not. I just want to leave before I do something that I don't want my sister seeing," he said as he whispered in my ear.
I stopped walking as my face flushed once again. Nathan looked at my reaction and laughed, "come on Lexi," he teased and pulled me to start moving.
I elbowed him lightly in the stomach. He gave me my bag as well as my jacket, "you are such a pervert," I mumbled as I slipped on my jacket.
Nathan winked at me as he put on his black beanie, "a pervert that you love," he joked before his eyes widened a little.
I looked at him with wide eyes before he coughed and looked away, "come on lets go," he snapped harshly. He opened the front door and stormed out. I stood watching him with a shocked look on my face, then shook my head and ran a hand through my hair. I gripped onto my bag before leaving the house, I closed the door behind me and walked towards Nathan's car.
As I got into the passenger seat Nathan had the radio blasting out. I clicked on the seatbelt; I leaned back in the seat and looked out the window.
Nathan began driving and neither of us said anything. When we reached the traffic lights I glanced over at Nathan who was gripping the steering wheel tightly with his hands. His knuckles began turning white with the pressure he was using to grip the steering wheel. Suddenly Love Story by Taylor Swift came on the radio, Nathan turned his glare towards the radio and changed the station where DNA by Little Mix was playing. Nathan groaned before turning the radio off completely.
I ran a hand through my hair once again, "Nathan," I said slowly.
He didn't even glance at me, "what?" He snapped.
I winced a little at his sharp tone, "it's not that big of a deal," I mumbled and fiddled with my hands.
Nathan groaned and smacked his hand against the steering wheel, "I say things I don't mean Alexis." He said with a sharp look towards me.
I looked up at him as I bit my lip, "so you didn't mean what you said?" I asked quietly.
"I don't even know what I said!" he yelled and a car beeped him. Nathan cursed again and began driving, I looked away and outside as we passed other cars and people walking.
"I shouldn't of said that," Nathan mumbled softly. I just shrugged in response. I heard him sigh, "Alexis- Lexi. Look at me, please," he whispered.
I glanced at him and saw that we had parked by the school. Nathan turned and looked at me, "it doesn't matter," I said giving him a smile.
Nathan groaned, "but it does matter! Look I say... Things and I don't mean to," he said slowly.
I shook my head, "Nathan it honestly doesn't matter, I just want to get into class without any drama for one day ok?"
Nathan didn't have time to answer as I had already got out of his car. I slipped my bag onto my shoulder and walked towards the drink stand. I got into the queue and waited patiently as Nathan stormed up to me with a stormy look on his face. I pulled the sleeves down on my jacket as a chill came over me, Nathan cut the queue and got next to me ignoring other students cursing him.
"Don't walk away from me," Nathan snapped drawing attention to us.
I gave him a look, "not now Nathan," I mumbled trying not to cause a scene.
Nathan shook his head stubbornly, "no. Listen to me," he said his voice raising I held my finger to his lips to keep him from saying anything else. He looked at my finger confused as I pushed us out of the queue. I took my finger away from his lips and rolled my eyes.
"Don't make a scene. I told you, it doesn't matter," I said getting a little annoyed as I headed towards history.
Nathan rolled his eyes, "I didn't think it mattered but now you got me thinking and it does matter. I know I say things when I don't mean to but that's doesn't mean they aren't true," he snapped.
I stopped walking. I let out a small sigh, "you didn't even say anything wrong. We are both blowing this out of context, lets just forget about it," I said quietly.
Nathan took my arm gently in his hand. I turned and looked at him, "you know what I meant. I was saying... I was saying," he trailed before letting out a frustrated groan.
I smiled a little, "Nathan it really doesn't matter anymore. Let's just get to class ok?" I said gently.
Nathan nodded his head reluctantly, "I'm a shit boyfriend." He mumbled and poked out his bottom lip fully exposing his lip ring.
I leaned towards him and gently placed my lips against his for a sweet kiss before pulling away, "you aren't that bad. I've had worse." I joked.
"Oh yeah who? I'll go beat them up," he teased but I noticed the serious tone underneath.
I shrugged, "it was ages ago," I smiled and turned back around, "plus you have already beaten him up," I whispered quietly.
"Lexi," Nathan said stopping me from walking again.
I turned and looked back at him, "yeah?" I asked confused.
He got a glint in his eyes, "do you still have the waiters number?"
I nodded my head confused, "yeah it's on my phone why?"
"Why is it on your phone?" he asked his voice suddenly guarded.
"When you annoy me I would use this to piss you off," I admitted.
Nathan rolled his eyes, "what's his number?" he asked.
I got my phone out and scrolled through my phone before giving it to him. Big mistake. Nathan took my phone and pressed dial before holding the phone towards his ear. I groaned and tried getting the phone back from him but he turned away from me.
"Hi this is Lexi's boyfriend so I'm Nathan. Here's an idea mate, you even think about my girlfriend or even decide to text or call her I will beat your ass into next year. Thanks mate," Nathan said threatening before ending it in a cheery voice. He hung up and then handed me my phone, "there you go," Nathan said smirking.
I looked at him shocked, "you Mr Sykes surprise me every day," I mumbled.
"Well I try my best," he said cockily and pulled me into his chest, "mine. And mine only. Everyone needs to know that," he murmured and captured my lips with his own in a possessive way.
