It was a friday morning, Tao had gotten up early to start breakfast and get everyone's lunch ready.

Kris was the first one, out of the three who were asleep, to wake up, getting ready for his day at work.

Tao had the table ready and set for the two to come and eat.

He smiled seeing Kris walk in. "Good morning!" Tao walked over and wrapped his arms around Kris, going a bit on his tippy toes to give him a peck on the lips.

Tao walked past him and into the kid's bed room, walking over to Chen's side and lightly shaking him awake.

The boy's eyes fluttered open, one hand coming up to rub his eye. Tao flashed him a smile, motioning for him to get up and eat.

Chen nodded, getting up and walking past Tao to the bathroom.

Tao glanced over at Huan, seeing him fast asleep. He smiled, fixing the blanket so he was covered before he headed back to the kitchen.

Kris was eating while Tao was fixing Chen a plate.

Setting it on the table, Chen had walked in with a small smile since he was still a bit sleepy.

"Morning." Kris smiled, getting up to pat his head before going to get more coffee.

"Good morning." Chen replied before he began to eat.

"You'll be taking the bus today okay? Tao will walk out with you. I have a meeting this morning so I have to go." Kris sighed, tightening the cap to his coffee cup.

"Okay." Chen nodded as he continued to eat.

"Have a good day." Kris smiled, kissing the top of the boys head before walking to Tao, giving him a peck on the lips.

"I'll see you tonight. I love you." Tao smiled. "I love you too, have a good day." Tao handed Kris his lunch which earned him another peck on the lips.

Tao waved as Kris walked out, leaving him and Chen in the kitchen.

As Kris had gotten into his car, his phone began to ring.

He checked the caller ID and instantly answered once he saw it was the police station.

"Officer Park?" Kris questioned.

"Kris, sorry for calling so early in the morning." The officer chuckled.

"It's fine, I was just on my way to work. Did you need anything?" Kris started the car and plunged his phone in, connecting Bluetooth so he could put his phone down.

"We've found a few traces of the kids parents. They're pretty far, plus we found a friend of theirs. We'll be giving them a call later on today."

"Really? That's good that we found them. Can I come by during my lunchtime to talk?"

"Sure sure, I'll be here."

"Thank you sir. I'll see you later." "Okay, good bye then."

"Kris, I'm sorry about the wait." Officer Park smiled as he placed two coffee's on the table. "It's not a problem sir." Kris smiled as he took one of the coffee's.

"I'm the one who wanted to come here, you must've been busy. Sorry about that." "It's fine. Not much going on here right now anyways."

Officer Park chuckled.
