Mia's POV...

Later tonight..

I met up with Maddy and we walked up the steps of Shannon's house. She opened her door and said "My parents have officially left the building." "Let the sleepover begin." Maddy and I said. We all laughed and walked in, I put my stuff down on the couch and sat down. "What's happening?" Maddy asked. I didn't notice Shannon was packing a bunch of stuff, "don't get mad at me but, we're going beast hunt'n tonight." She said. "I thought we were gonna have a regular sleep over with bracelets and cheesy nachos and even cheesier movies." Maddy said. "Yeah." I said. "You don't know how important this is to me." She said flashing the camera at us. The flash blinded me for a second, "look my parents took me to go see a doctor, they're thinking of doing medication. I have to go see a psychiatrist." Shannon explained. "What? Why?" We asked. "Because of what I said about the two of you.." I zoned out a little. I was snapped back into reality when I sneezed. "Because the beast is real, and we are going to find it." Maddy suddenly said. Then we heard the door bell ring, "that can't be them already, promise you won't tell the boys about the psychiatrist." She said. We nodded, she went into the kitchen and I looked at Maddy, "better hope we get over this before we go out." I said. "Why?" Maddy asked. "We both are sick I bet we'll both be even more sick if we go out in the freezing cold all night." I said. She shrugged and we walked into the kitchen, "hey ladies." Tom said. "Hey, Tom, nice jacket." I said. He smiled, "thanks." He said. "How much did you get?" Maddy asked. "I didn't know how much to get, so I got one kilo..each." He said. I snickered, "good thing I'm hungry." She said. I snickered once more and left the room, I then heard the door bell again. I walked back in and saw Rydian walk in, "boots?" Shannon asked. "Boots." Maddy and I said. Shannon walked by and I followed behind her, "need some help?" I asked. "Um, sure." She said. We looked around looking for a pair of boots, "found them." I said. I passed them to her and we walked out, she handed them to Rydian and he went into the living room and put them on. Maddy and I walked up to him, I zoned out while they were talking, then I snapped back when Maddy's arm hit mine. "This was the only remedy I could find, so if this doesn't work I'll try and find another." Shannon said walking into the room. "Is this one of your moms quick fix for stuff." Maddy said. "Yeah, I think it's like sugar crystals and plant extract, ok open." She said to us, we opened our mouths and she popped the makeshift pills into our mouths, she handed us a cup of water and walked out. Then I suddenly felt weird, "I'm gonna go upstairs." I said. I quickly ran upstairs and locked myself in the bathroom, I looked at my eyes in the mirror and saw they turned yellow. 'Calm down Mia, just calm down.' I thought to myself. I paced back and forth till I heard Rydian coming upstairs with Maddy, I unlocked the door and Rydian came in with Maddy who was trying to get out of his grasp. He closed the door and locked it, "I need meat!" She yelled. Rydian grabbed her and put her in front of the mirror, "look." He said. "This isn't me." Maddy said. "Guys, I can't turn it off." I said. "Neither can I." Maddy said. "I'm freaking out, I can't control it." I said. I gripped my hair and could feel the wolf side of me trying to get out. I could hear Shannon and Tom on the other side of the door, "they're being sick." Rydian kept saying. "You need to get them out. I can't control the wolf for much longer." I said. Rydian went out, then 5 minutes later I heard Shannon, "Mia and Maddy, if you just wanted to get two guys to fight over you then you did it, but I think you should leave, the both of you, right now, your stuff is out here." She said. I paced back and forth, trying to calm down. "M, calm down, if you wolf out in front of Shan, she'll have a field day with you." Maddy said. Then Rydian came back with two burgers, I grabbed one and started eating. They both looked at me. "Stress eating." I said. Maddy took her burger and started eating it, "you two don't leave until the coast is clear." We nodded. Earlier, Rydian looked up an antidote, "the coast is clear, you two head straight home, okay?" Rydian said. Maddy looked like she was about to transform, "okay." I said. Then we heard the door slam, we opened the door and ran out looking for some sort of meant. All Maddy said was "MEAT!", then I looked towards the door and I could feel the wolf inside me coming to the surface, I opened the door and ran out. I transformed and went looking for Rydian, I heard a howl and I howled back. Then suddenly I heard a growl, I turned around and saw a wild wolfblood, "GET OUT IF MY TERRITORY!" I growled at him. "No!" It growled back. It attacked me and I was thrown back into a tree, I got back up and saw it was gone. I ran away and went to find Rydian. I found him and he gave me this plant, I ate it and I transformed back to my human self. I laid on the ground in pain, I then heard Maddy coming. "Maddy." I said. Rydian ran as Maddy came towards us, he knocked her down and then a flash went off. Maddy and Rydian sat up, Maddy picking out roots from her mouth. "What happened to you?" Tom asked walking over to me. "Got attacked." I said as he helped me up. "By what?" Shannon asked. "A fox." I said. We all walked back and Tom made more burgers, I sat on the counter as Rydian poured some of the drinks. Then Maddy came in, "how come you two didn't warn me about the wild wolfbloods here?" I asked. "We didn't think one was nearby." Maddy said. "Yeah, well I was attacked by one when I had transformed and was outside of the house." I said. I covered the cut on my forehead that I got with a small bandage, I jumped off the counter and we all went back out to the living room.
