MAINE'S BLOG ENTRY

It has been 5 years since RJ and I settled down, since we both vowed to love each other in sickness and in health. Our story was different from other love stories because God let everyone witness its very beginning. Everyone hoped from the very beginning na maging kami hanggang sa huli, and we did. Did we live happily ever after? How are we supposed to know kung hindi pa tapos ang buhay diba? Pero bakit nagkaganto? Kung saan naging mali, hindi ko rin alam. It's a question nobody could ever answer even me. Saan nga ba kame nagkulang? Could we rewind everything and see where it all started to fall apart?

Yes, I guess tama yung iniisip niyo. So I'm here a girl sitting on her bed with the laptop on my lap typing the random things that comes to my mind. Maybe because I have nothing better to do.

So wanna hear my confession? Its been weeks, months since RJ and I decided to call it quits. Do you know how it feels to live with the person you knew from the back of your head and then wake up one day and realize that you're sleeping with a total stranger, na hindi mo na pala siya kilala? Gets niyo ba? Hindi diba? Ako rin eh. Hahahahaha. JOKE JOKE JOKE guys baka inaatake na kayo diyan. Here's what really happened kasi.

I woke up in the middle of the night while RJ was soundly sleeping sa tabi ko. I tried to wake him up kasi I was craving for green mangoes tapos ubos na yung stock namin L so yun na nga, I'm waking him up. Tinapik-tapik ko,sinundot sundot ko yung pisngi pero wala talaga. Alam ko naming pagod siya kasi galling siyang shoot kanina pero mas matindi lang talaga yung cravings ko. L so I didn't give up. As in fight lang ng fight! Pero wala talaga, ngayon ko lang siya nakitang ganon katulog mantika. So nakaisip ako ng paraan, dito alam kong gigising to. And I was right! He did wake up! What did I do? Did I kiss him? NOPE. I just cried, out loud. I acted like I was crying and boom! Dilat agad siya eh hahahahahha. I know he couldn't stand me crying, how sweet of my husband naman. So when he woke up, I told him to get me green mangoes na, yung maasim na maasim. Without second guessing, he got his car keys and went out to find me some! Yehey! Happy wife is a happy life! So I just want to share that! Goodnight!!!

"Love, I'm here na. I got your green mangoes na"

Lumapit siya on our bedroom, tinabi ko lang yung laptop sa bedside table at kinuha yung green mangoes then did a peck on his lips.

"Thank you, love"

"Anything for my wife"

He said, then gave me a long passionate kiss. Tumabi na siya ulit sa bed and hugged me from behind (typical Richard) while I'm enjoying this green mangoes. Grabe worth it.

"Alam mo you're like a never-ending cliff.."

"Bakit naman?"

"Kasi, I thought na the moment I fell for you, It was the deepest fall I could ever experience. Pero mali pala ako, kasi sa mga gantong simpleng araw. Paulit-ulit pa rin akong nahuhulog sa'yo"

I was genuinely touched. So I held his face and kissed his lips with so much love, I swear I could drown.

"I love you, Maine"

He whispered.

"And I love you little Maine"

He said while caressing my belly.
