After the battle in the city, I was feeling surprised because I woke up laying on a comfortable bed.

I yawned, and looked at the place with confusion. It was a huge room, and when I say huge, I mean HUGE room. It was the curtain were colored red and black with skull designs, even the flooring was as red as blood.

I tried to stand up, but whenever I tried to take a step, my right leg would beam with pain. I looked down and saw my leg heavily bandaged. And then I remembered everything.

How the giant came and attacked me, then someone I didn't know spoke to me in my head, after that, some gothic girl came to rescue me, the last thing I knew, I saw this large tooth penetrating to the side of my right leg as I was about to thank her.

I wiped my face with my shirt, and sat down on a chair not far from the bed. Then, someone opened the door.

I gasped as I saw a figure of a normal woman, but a bit transparent and pale. I got the shivers, and then I realized what she was.

"G-g-g-ghost!", I screamed, it's not normal for me to scream like a little girl, but I am afraid of ghosts. The woman turned to me, tilted her head, and smiled.

Oh, you must be the guest, she said with a happy face. For me it was really awkward seeing a ghost smile at me without any attempts to imprison or eat me or something. We were informed of your presence by the princess, please, breakfast is ready outside, if you would follow me, I can--

" Oh ah, It's fine, I'll be right there any moment", I cut her off, I thought about me following a ghost, it sent chills down to my spine, "I'm just gonna..uhm... sit here until the pain goes away". I put on a fake smile and she just smiled right back at me.

Okay, she said leaving the room.

I stood up straight ingnoring the pain and went outside.

I regretted my decision of not coming with the ghost because the house was really HUGE. I'll say it was a mansion. There were many doors. Any where you'd turn, there's another door. I guess this was definitely a miniature labyrinth designed to play with one's mind. And it was certainly working.

I turned and turned and turned, but still, no door with the label "Dining Room" or perhaps a "Kitchen". Without even noticing it in the first place, I got lost with no GPS, no maps, no nothing to guide me to the kitchen or perhaps back in the room.

I looked around, and saw a particular door with no signage or anything, maybe it was the dining room, after all, no one needs any label to know it. I laughed hard (okay, at this moment, I'm already crazy), and ran towards the direction of the door. I opened it and I was shocked to see what was in there.

Inside was another bedroom. It was designed to look like the one I slept on. But this was bigger, and much more stylish than the others I have checked. I came close to the bed, and noticed the bedside table. It had picture frames with faces of peoplem, yes, NORMAL people on them.

On one frame were two people. On the left was a girl with apple-red lips, black hair, and black eyeliner, she was..well.. pretty. And she was happy. Beside here was a boy perhaps eighteen years old or more was smiling for the camera. He had blonde hair, and he had a huge scar trailing from his cheek. I picked it up and studied it. Right from the glass of the frame, I saw something glinting.

I turned around and it was a sword. It was placed in somekind of a bulletproof glass, guess it was special. I looked closely and it was just a plain, old, steel sword, it was about four-feet long. But it was gleaming like no other steel I have seen in my entire life, it was showing a faint- bronze like color.

I touched the glass and it dissolved. Curiosity got the best out of me and I tried to hold it and swing it. But when I was about to touch it, someone shouted at me from behind.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!", echoed a familiar voice. I turned around and saw the gothic girl who saved me from the giant called, Plybots? or Plowts?  or whatever. Right now she was wearing a read top, jeans and flip-flops. She wore lipstick and eyeliner which made her eyes look like my fourth grade teacher whom I was so afraid of but still, she was beautiful than anything else I've seen.

She came near me, grabbed and twisted my shirt. "Listen here buddy", she said her eyes full of anger, "You can enter almost every room in here. But never-ever set foot in my room! CAPISCE?!"

She dropped me.

"Y-y-yes m-maam" I said with a trembling voice. I got up and hurriedly went outside.

When I got out, I was facing a long dining table with all sorts of fruits, vegetables, meats, breads, maybe all the food in the world was served on the table. At the end of where I was looking at, there was a man sitting in the middle with a woman on his left.

The dude was wearing some kind of rocker style outfit or something. He had a goatee and moustache combo, and his black hair was like frizzy at some point which made him look like Mick Jagger or some member of the band KISS.

The woman on the other hand was wearing an elegant green dress, and a green crown. She looked like a candidate of any pageant.

"And who are you supposed to be?" the dude in the middle shouted, his voice seemed to be bigger than I expected.

"Uh..uh.. I'm.. ah", I was too afraid to make any comment, after encountering my "saviour", I was now a coward facing these people.

"He's asking you your name dear", the woman said in a whisper but I can hear it. She was nice, and I like her way.

"I'm ah..", I was stuttering, a bead of sweat came trickling to my cheek, "Saim Iluis", finally, I spoke.

"uhm.. that would be, I'm Saim Iluis sir, or better yet, I'm Saim Iluis my lord", the dude smiled at me, his eyes were as red as flames. "How did you get here anyway child?", he asked while picking up a wine goblet.

"I was..uh.. rescued", I wiped my face with my hand, wow, was it just me, or was I just sweaty?

"Oh rescued.", this time the woman replied "our daughter rescued him maybe"

I was about to answer when the door flew open and out came the lady who almost choked me. I felt the crumpled part of my shirt.

"Yes, mother, I rescued him from Polybotes", she answered without looking at me.

The dude in the middle sat up straight, "Polybotes you say? hmmm, I have to alert my brother", he then turned his attention to me, "so if you got chased by Polybotes, then you must be a demigod son of my brother".

I looked at him with a confused look, "What is a demigod anyway?", I asked scratching my head.

He smiled, "It will be explained in good times boy", he then turned to his daughter, "quickly, bring him to your camp or something, I don't want anyone loitering my halls with footsteps".

Without hesitation, the girl nodded and dragged me outside.

"Come on!", she said without turning back. She was grabbing my shirt again which made me very uneasy.

"Well, It's easy for you to say", I groaned

"You should be thankful, without me, you wouldn't be here complaining about it!", she stormed here and there dragging my shirt and me along.

"But what is this camp?", I said ducking because of a sign.

She sighed, "As my father have told you, all in good times." she was shouting "Now put the pedal to the metal"
