I woke up and walked in the guest room where Sydney was. She was still sleeping. She sleeps in here now instead of sleeping with me.
I tapped on her. She smiled.
Sydney - Ashton?
I frowned
Aug - wake up
She opened her eyes.
Syd - hey baby
Aug - so we doing that now
Syd - what are you talking about Aug.
Aug - how come when I just tapped on you. You said Ashton.
Syd - baby it's just a dream
Aug - so you dreaming about him now
Syd - you can't get mad at what goes on in my dreams August because their my dreams.
Sydney POV
He pushed me against the wall with his hand on my neck.

My heart shattered when he said that. Obviously he doesn't love me.
I punched in his nose.
He tackled me to the floor choking me.
I started gasping for air.

I took my ring off sitting on the nightstand.

Sydney - go pack y'all stuff we're leaving.
Aug - not you ain't leaving.
August walked in.
Syd - Aug we need to okay. We need some time apart.
Aug - no we don't. Kids go play.
They walked out.
Aug - put ya ring back on.
Sydney - n-no
Aug - I said put it back on. Ya my fucking wife. Now put it back on.
Syd - no
Aug - you getting bold now huh.
Syd - ...........
He punched me.
Aug - PUT IT BACK ON NOW
I quickly put it back on.

My eyes watered.
He grabbed my arm.

He kissed my cheek and walked out.
