S A I G E //
Today was the day I dreaded most. No not my period. At least I hope it isn't. Anyway, I began moving some boxes into the moving van. Thanks to my noodle arms I dropped some. My sister with stronger arms than me, Lynn was already finished moving boxes inside. "Listen, lil sis, I don't like moving either but at least pretend to be happy" she said wrapping her arm around me. "Yeah while I'm at it, I could be the new the queen of England" I said with sarcasm in my voice as I rolled my eyes. She sighed walking into the house we were soon saying goodbye to.
I made sure I had everything in my backpack. I took one last look at the house and sighed walking to the car. I opened the car door and sat next to Lynn. She turned to me from her phone and put a hand on my shoulder, "you're usually really happy" she said shrugging. "Maybe not this time, I'm not happy that we're moving"! I said sitting up. "Please, Saige, just enjoy it" my mom said. I crossed my arms looking out the window.
It was soon turning dark and my dad was still driving while my mom and Lynn were sleeping. My eyes were starting to get heavy and I couldn't bare to keep them open any longer. I then remembered about my best friends, Penelope and Melody. I sighed and closed my eyes. It was 2am and tried to catch up on sleep. I soon drifted into sleep.
