Insanuum's POV

Did I just here Max correctly. My best friend wants to get married.
"Bout time... Eight years is really long" I shrugged .
"I know " he says.
"Is that the reason you've been disappearing lately?" I whispers
"Yes been planning the wedding..want it to be surprise" he smirk.
" That's cute...will slim be coming?"
"Yeah ..my annoying brother will flying in tomorrow" he frowns.
We arrive at the breakfast table.
"So you haven't asked her yet I assume?" I take a sip of my soup.
"No I'll ask when everything is ready" he chunks down a bite of his sandwich.
"And if she says no?"I eye him.
He grimaces.
"Hopefully she won't" he smiles.

We eat in silence until I ask.
"Maximus he amuses me..is it wrong to wanna feel love" I ask my dea' friend max.
He looks up on me and smiles.
"No Insa its not...its time... for you to change".
I stare piercingly into his eyes.
"NEVER!" I shout.
He frowns.
"Insanuum i know what happen to your parents scared you into losing someone again..but trust me Axle is going nowhere... You just need to have faith and believe that..I will not sit back and watch you be unhappy for the rest of your live" he raises his voice.
For a few moments I just look at him.
The truth really hurts . Yes I was afraid.
I was a coward. Max is always right.
I sip the last of my soup. Then stand.
"If you excuse me I have work to attend to ...I believe you do too" I walk out leaving him at the table.

A few moments later he enters my office. I don't even look up at him. I  just continue typing.
He retrieves his jacket and his keys. Then walks up to my desk.
"I'm sorry ok...it's the truth ..call me later" he gently says.
Then he leaves. The door shuts.
I lean back into my chair then sigh.
I call for Hera.
"Yes your majesty" she bows.
"I'll have lunch in my room for two..it should be served before I arrive there ok?"
"Yes your highness I'll alert the chef"
"And have you seen my uncle?" I ask.
She visibly blushes.
"Yes my lady he just arrived and went to the table for breakfast" she smiles.
"Tell him I need him here by fifteen to twelve "
"Ok your Highness" she quickly leaves.
I continue working until I get a call.
"Hello..."
"Your highness...this is Elsa from Damon Capital Hospital...just calling to tell you that Nina is in stable condition and is ok...so if you choose to visit her today ?" She asks.
"Yes around two o clock" I inform her.
"Ok Your majesty".
The line goes dead . There's a sharp knock at the door.
"Uncle..Just come in" I sigh wearily.
"Insa how are you?" He sits then asks.
"Great...when is the execution dated for?"
"Tomorrow at ten at the town square" he answers.
"Tobias?"
"Damon Prison" he simply states.
"I want to visit him " I ask.
"When?"
"Today"
"Insa-" I cut him off.
"Its not up for discussion" I growl " today at four"
"As you wish malady"
He smiles at me and I shrug.
"By the way..you know max purchased a new house by the lake?" He asks.
"Nope...probably for the new plans he has" I sigh.
Faron eyes me. Pleading silently for an answer. I won't tell it.
"Your dismissed " I shrug him off.
"Insa if you want to talk with me about something I'm only here for the next two days ..ok?" He smiles.
I return it openingly.
"I know uncle.. I love you..your the closest to a father I've had for the past few years" I sincerely tell him.
"Yeah ..and your my only daughter Insa I love you too...you've grown up ..keep it up" he blows me a kiss. I pretend to catch it and place it on my heart.
The door slams shut. It almost twelve.
I mentally ask my self how will Axle show.
I don't have his number.

Neither an address

Does he even own a phone.

I know nothing about him.

Just that he invades my thoughts.
