A Pygmy Puff is the name for a miniature Poffskein. They're a popular pet kept within households of witches and wizards. Most of them enjoy being cuddled. They don't mind being tossed about, seeming to have very little bones in their body, allowing them to bounce off surfaces.
Luna's friend Ginny Weasley owns a pink Pygmy Puff. She named him Arnold.
Ginny's older brothers, Fred and George Weasley (they own Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes), are the first known breeders of pink and purple Pygmy Puffs.
