Chapter 1
DING DING DING!!!
I get up get in the shower, get dressed, do my hair, and then my makeup following that I get a text saying "Did u hear about cara?" from my best friend Kate
" No i didnt hear what happened"
"i heard that she is in the hostpital"
and my heart DROPPED! The whole world spun out of control. I then got a sudden rush thru my body and began to sweat.
"Is she okie?!, do u know why shes in the hospital?"
"idk all i know is that she is in the hospital"
"okie well let me know what you hear see u at school"
My phone rang again. I froze and stood there. I looked at my phone and read the text.
"R u ready?" from mom
"Yes mom" I said
I walked out to the living room and we left for the school we finally reached the school and my friends Kate, Isabelle, and Audrey were at the door of the school. I got out of the car
"Bye Lindsey" mom said
"Bye mom" I said
I ran to my friends at the door
"Hey do u know anything about cara?" I said
"No i havent heared anything about cara but i did hear something about that cute guy you are crushing on" Kate said
"So tell me" I said
"Well rumor is he is going to ask you out!" Kate said
"Really?" I said
"Yeah" Kate said
"Do you guys know when?" I said
"No we dont" Audrey said
We walked back to the hall where all the rest of the seventh grade was. When we got to the hall the bell rang, I went to the girl's locker room and got dressed for P.E. When I walked out of the girl's locker room, the tardy bell rang and he walked out of the locker room and walked over to me.
"Hey" said Kevin
"Hi" I said
"So what are you doing after school?" he said
"Nothing yet why?" I said
" I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out after school," he said
"Sure" I said
Our teacher blew his whistle and we all just listened to him while he gave us directions on how to set up badminton net during first period Kevin wouldn't stop looking at me.
So after P.E. I walked back to my locker and got my stuff for second period.
"LINDSEY, LINDSEY, LINDSEY!" said Ms. Ganske
"What?" I said
"Do you know the answer?" said Ms. Ganske
"Sorry I wasn't paying attention," I said
"Can some one tell her what we are talking about?" said Ms. Ganske
"I will," said heather
"Thank you heather" said Ms. Ganske
"YA THANK YOU HEATHER" I said
"Your welcome Lindsey" replied Heather
"Ding" "Ding" "Ding"
"Class dismissed" said Ms. Ganske
As I walked to my locker heather wouldn't leave me alone and then finally I had had enough.
"Go away and leave me alone"
"FINE" said heather
Then I walked to my locker and unlocked it then Kevin walked up behind me.
"Hey" said Kevin
"Hey" I said
"Want to sit by me in science?" said Kevin
"Yeah sure" I said
I locked my locker and we walked to class then we got to science and he lead me back to the back row and we sat back there and we payed attention to the video and I sat my hand on the table and he put a note by my hand that said "after class I have to talk to you." I just nodded my head for the rest of the class we just sat there I couldn't wait till the bell rang then the bell rang.
"Ding" "Ding" "Ding"
The bell rang
"Class dismissed," said Mr. Sheldon
And we all walked out of the classroom and Kevin walked me to my locker. I had unlocked my locker and got my English stuff then I started to walk off and Kevin never said a thing so I looked back and he was gone so I just went to English for the rest of the class I did my work and then the bell rang and Ms. Killian dismissed the class and I walked to my locker and put my stuff up and then Kevin walked up.
"Hey can I sit with you and your friends at lunch?" said Kevin
"Ya if you want to" I replied
And then Isabelle walked up with Kate and Audrey and they walked to the lunch room and Kevin walked in after them and stood in the lunch line behind me and then with his group that was dating my other friends and we all sat at the same table and talked the whole time and for the rest of the day we all hung out and after school we walked over to the park and hung out there then Kevin wanted to talk to me alone so we went to the swings right there Kevin got down on both knees and asked me to be his girlfriend I of course said yes. Then my mom texted me and said
"Come home now"
So then I said bye to Kevin and I walked home.
"Mom why did I have to come home?" I said
"I have some thing to tell you we aren't moving any more" I interrupted
"Really why?" I said
"Because I got a job here offering more money than my other application" replied mom
"YAY" I said
"Yep" replied mom
"Ok well I am going back to the park to hang out with my friends," I said
"Ok bye" said mom
"Bye mom" I replied
Then I walked back to the park and told my friends that I wasn't moving and they said yay.
"Did your mom change her mind?" said Kevin
"Yeah I guess," I replied
"Well that's a good thing," said Kevin I had jumped when he whispered in my ear it sent shivers down my back when I jumped I had made Kevin fall and I fell on top of him. We both laughed
"Why is that a good thing?" I replied with a smile on my face a little embarrassed
" Because then I wouldn't be able to see you" replied Kevin
"Oh that's sweet," I said
"Hey Lindsey" said Isabelle
"Yeah" I replied
"Do you want to hang out tomorrow after school?" replied Isabelle
"Yeah sure" I said
"Ok well I got to go home see you guys tomorrow" replied Isabelle
"Bye" I replied
"Bye" replied Audrey
"Bye" replied Kate
