THE COIN

Soooo this is my first story that I wrote today in science hope u guys who read it like it. :D

I was running down the alleyway, my heart was hammering against my ribs. I had stopped to listen to a street performer and when I looked up my friends were gone! I ran even harder when I thought about how far it would be to walk home. I burst out of the alley and slammed right into a gigantic man! His belly almost swallowed me up when I hit him but I bounced out almost immediately. His wallet dropped from his coat sending money scattering across the street. A certain coin caught my eye and I quickly scrambled over to it. I planted my foot over it and waited for the man to walk away. As he picked up the rest of his money he glared at me and walked into the crowd. I removed my foot from the coin and picked it up. It was blank on both sides, it  was unbelievably cold. I then remember my friends and desperately search the crowd for them. I pushed my way into the crowd. After about an hour or two I gave up and called a cab.
