"Are you sure you have everything?" Mom asked as I got into the back of the car. "Yes mom, I'm sure." I nodded, closing the door. My parents got in the front and we set off. I plugged in my earphones since my parents wouldn't let me play my albums in the car.
Another body jumped into the seat next to me, I looked over seeing it was my brother. "Hey Megan." He smiled. "Joe, hi, when did you get here?" I asked, with a smile on my face. "Two minutes ago," he chuckled. "You were too busy listening to your music to hear me. Mom called me asking to come on a trip to see Aunt Claire so I decided to come along."
I hadn't seen Joe in months. He moved out not too long ago and ever since than I hardly got to see him, and I actually missed him. We finally set off and luckily, the journey was just under three hours. "Welcome! So good to see all four of you!" Aunt Claire grinned when the car pulled up outside. Aunt Claire lived in a big house with all four of her children. Tom was the oldest, then Frankie and Zoe and Ella were the twins who were a bit younger than me. We got our suitcases from the car and made our way inside.
"This is Michael, he's my husbands son and is here for a couple of weeks before collage." Aunt Claire told us as Michael came walking out. He wore black jeans a band shirt and had green hair, which was cool. "Hey." He smiled, I could tell he was feeling a little awkward. "Hi." I smiled back, wheeling my suitcase inside and into the spare room which was mine and Joe's. I didn't mind sharing for a week.

Have fun, I miss you already;) xTo: Calum
Whatever, I'll Skype you later idiot:) x"Who are you texting?" Joe smirked. "Just Calum." I told him, placing my phone on the bed. "Is Calum the guy you moved I with? The one who was always round our house when you were younger?" He asked and I nodded. "The one you told me you liked?" He smirked again. "Yeah, when I was seven." I scoffed. "I don't like him like that. We're best friends."
"Okay. Whatever you say."//
After dinner, which wasn't the best, I rushed up to my room and opened up my laptop I packed with me. Joe was outside playing football with Tom and everyone else was busy. I opened up Skype and Calum's face soon popped up on the screen, giving me a little wave.
"Hey Calum, how are you?" I grinned. "I'm fine, how are you?" He asked. "Okay I guess, I'd much rather be at home but even Joe made an effort to come along." I shrugged. "So, on a scale of 1-10 how much fun are you having?" He smirked. "3?" I laughed. "But there's a guy called Michael here who's my Aunts stepson and he's our age, he seems nice." I told him about Michael. "Cool." He nodded.
We sat and talked for hours until Joe came into the room, freshly cleaned after a shower. "Are you on Skype with Calum?" He asked. I nodded and he came over to say hi. "Erm, I'm going to go and have a shower, I'm kind of tired." I told Calum before we both said goodbye and I shut the lid of my laptop, after turning it off.
