Flat mates [completed]

"Come on Megan, it's our last day here so Aunt Claire and mom want to do something as a family." Dad said, grabbing the duvet off me. "Do I have to get out of bed? Let's just have the whole family day thing in this bedroom." I groaned. "Out of bed, now." He told me before leaving.

Five minutes later I got up and pulled on a pair of socks before going down for breakfast. When I made it to the bottom of the stairs, I could see everybody was gathered in the living room. I did the walk of shame through the the kitchen as everybody looked at me.

I was the last to get ready, as usual. I decided to wear my Twenty One Pilots top tucked into a pair of black shorts and wore my vans. We all piled into our cars and climbed out when we reached our destination Aunt Claire had picked an ice cream parlour. I stuck with Joe and Michael as we all ordered our ice creams one-by-one, taking themto tables. "Nice shirt." Michael smiled as Joe ordered his ice cream. "Thanks, I like yours too." I smiled back, looking at his Panic! At The Disco shirt.

I ordered my mint chocolate chip ice cream and waited until Michael ordered his, to go and sit at the tables we had. "So, I was thinking, how does Pizza Hut sound for dinner tonight?" Aunt Claire smiled. "It sounds amazing, we haven't had pizza in ages." Zoe nodded. "It's true, they hardly ever eat pizza here it's it's the worst." Michael told me, making me laugh. "Pizza it is." Mom smiled.

We all walked into Pizza Hut later on took their biggest table, there was eleven of us all together. Dad and Mark, Aunt Claire's husband, ordered enough pizza for us all to share, along with some fries. After half an hour of waiting, it finally arrived and I could wait to eat, I was starving. I picked a simple margarita pizza because I was basic.

When we got back it was just past nine, and I had to message from Calum.

From: Calum
Hey, want to Skype when you're free? X

To: Calum
Sure! Go on Skype now x

From: Calum
Sure thing:)) x

I opened Skype and called him, Calum answering almost instantly.

"Hi Calum." I smiled. "Hey! I can't wait to see you tomorrow. You're far better company than Ashton." He laughed. "Are you with him now?" I asked and he nodded. "He says hi."

"Hey Ashton." I replied laughing. "So, did you have a fun family day out today?" He asked. "It wasn't too bad actually, we went out for ice cream and Pizza Hut for dinner. I mainly just stuck with Michael." I explained. "Sounds nice." He nodded. "But don't worry, I'll be home tomorrow afternoon and we can order pizza for dinner. What have you been eating for dinner by the way?" I asked.

"Oh, you know, pizza and some spaghetti my mom made. She brought some for you so I left it in the fridge." He told me. "Sounds nice." I smiled.

Hey! The good news is I uploaded on time today!! But the bad news is I've finished writing this story and I'm so excited to release the last few chapters later on. I feel like this book might finish around the new year, maybe even longer idk:)

I'm also buying my Christmas advent calendar today which means I'm definitely in the Christmas spirit!!
