"We'll Safety Pin the pieces of our broken hearts back together," Calum started.

"Patching up all the holes until we both feel much better?" I wasn't sure if that was the right next lyric or not.

"Exactly."

Calum has been over at our house hanging out all day. Luke left to get us some food about ten minutes ago. The whole time he's been gone Calum has been trying to get me to remember all of their song lyrics.

"Now you have to sing it for me." He's got to be kidding me.

"What? I don't sing." I stated.

"Luke told me you are an amazing singer and I want to hear so for myself."

"Nope."

"How about if I sing with you?"

"Fine."

He smiled huge then trotted over to my laptop. After a bunch of clicking noises the beginning of Safety Pin began playing.

"It's an instrumental!" The guitars played then Ashton's drum came in letting us know we had to start singing.

Calum started right on time, his beautiful voice filling my room. He made a hand gesture telling me to start singing too. I started in when they say 'we'll safety pin the pieces of our hearts back together' like Calum and I had just previously recited.

"Solo!" Calum yelled at me.

"This time, maybe this time!" I sang until 'no more waiting we can save us from falling' was sung at the end.

"YOUR VOICE IS INCREDIBLE WHAT THE FUCK?!" Calum literally screamed as he crushed me in a hug, resulting in us falling back onto my bed.

"Whoa what's going on here?" Luke asked walking into my room seeing us laying on my bed.

"This dingus just crushed me that's what happened!" I said the best I could considering I could barely breath with this giant chunk of meat on me.

"Well foods here!" This immediately made Calum jump off of me and out of the room.

"Did you finally sing for him?" Luke questioned seeing my computer screen.

"We sang together for your information." Then I ran out of the room before he could comment further.

After we all ate the boys began playing FIFA. I'm not really big on playing video games so I sat and watched. Calum is currently beating Luke's ass. That's probably why they don't let Cal play, he's better than all of them.

Calum's phone buzzed from beside me but he didn't seem to notice. Being the curious person I am, I picked it up. It showed a new message.

Ari❤️
Baby please just let me explain..

Ari? Who is that? Maybe it's Ariyah. But why would he have a heart emoji next to her name? I thought him and I had something going on.

Almost at the point of crying, I dropped the phone and ran off to my room.

Calum's POV-
During kicking Luke's ass I hear foot steps behind us. I turned around to see Mady no longer sat on the couch. My phone was lit up showing a new message.

"One second Luke." I paused the game causing him to groan.

"Where'd Mady go?" He asked just as confused as me.

"I don't know." I reached back and grabbed my phone.

On the screen was a message from Ariyah. Baby please just let me explain.. Oh my gosh why won't this girl leave me alone?

She's always texting me wanting to talk. I always ignore her though because I don't want to talk. I don't want anything to do with the girl who continuously breaks my heart.

"I'm going to go look for her." Luke told me before getting up.

Mady's POV-
I cuddled up in a ball under my covers, trying not to cry. I didn't want to cry over something that could just be nothing.

But why wouldn't he change her contact name? Maybe he's just been to busy? No that's a stupid reason. My mind battled with itself over all the possibilities.

I heard my bedroom door open then close. Footsteps got closer to my bed before there was a dip next to me. The covers got pulled back to reveal Luke.

"What's wrong Mady?" He asked seeming concerned.

"I saw Calum had a text on his phone from Ari with a heart emoji next to it." I nibbled on my lip, a nervous habit I had.

"What did it say?" Now his voice held a little bit of anger.

"Baby please just let me explain." My tone was quiet now because I was still debating what it meant.

"Oh man, she's back to it again."

"What?" I was confused. What was she back to?

"Ariyah is always trying to talk with Calum. And every time he responds she ends up finding her way back in, just to result in his heart getting broke again." Luke explained.

"Oh." Was all I had to say.

"Is everything okay?" Calum asked coming into my room.

"Yeah, perfectly fine." I forced a smile, looking at him.

"Anyone want to go grab some food?" He asked Luke and I who jumped at the opportunity.
