I grabbed what was left of my guns. Ethan loaded up his stuff, while everyone else was done. We were taking a truck, no van or car.

"Are you sure they're still there? It's been a week." Vic said and I nodded.

"Mathis and Media wouldn't want her. Only Ethan would. He's... Not.. he's just someone who should've died already and we should've left." I said and Alec made a weird face.

"That was cold, but brilliant. Now come on girls." He said and we laughed.

"Brotherhood." Adrian said and Hale nodded. Looking.. I don't know left out? I quickly put in Vic's last dish. We were all in charge of something. Vic had food, I had guns, Hale had armor, the two had.. well I have no idea. Probably nothing but that's okay.

I quickly grabbed out my new flask, and held it up.

"To Hale. Our new member. Ryder, Nath, and Ethan would've loved you." I said and took a quick swig of some. I passed it around and we all made the same face.

"Blahh, this is... Holy shit, very strong." Hale said before he started to have a coughing fit, we laughed as we're used to it.

"Let's do this." He said in a very raspy voice just after he cleared it. I handed it back to him and he reluctantly took it.

The sun was going down, like Alec probably did to Adrian. I watched it from the back, as I stayed in the trunk while the guys sat in the actual truck. I don't know what to make of this, to make of any of this matter of fact. About four months ago, I met my best friend. While it only took half a year to actually talk to her and a minute to lose her.

From the scars on her back to the bruises on her knees. Dear God, did I ever love it all just to lose it all. You see, we always fall in love at the wrong time. It's always a wrong at right or right at wrong. Life is not easy but it got harder as it ends. Which does kind of suck but it's life, I guess.

I looked forward and the buildings started to get small, all I could think of is how? It was just a plain field of nothing but Salem. I should go check out the museum actually. Wait, I'm off topic. Anyways, how does one disappear suddenly even when there's nowhere to go. I should've stayed with her. Maybe just maybe she'd be with me, and we'd be in each others arms or thinking about it while beside each other.

"This is all my fault." I whispered. She'd be at our place or hers and we'd be happy. Or maybe we would've left. I wouldn't be sacrificing more people for one, but I'd do it over and over again for my best friend, that I-might I add, happen to be in love with.

The drive was long ways ahead before we actually stopped for a bathroom break. When I mean long, I mean like three hours. I can't stay still for long, moving keeps me from losing my mind.

"Did you know that if you don't use the bathroom for long your bladder can explode?" Alec said when getting out from the front seat.

"I don't... I don't exactly think that's how it works, my friend." Vic raised and eyebrow as he patted Adrian's back. I jumped off from the back and looked around. We had to be in Hampton, or at least somewhere there.

"Well maybe I just have a great imagination!" Alec defended and I rolled my eyes.

"Hurry up and gas up, we need to move before our bladders combust." I joked and they rolled their eyes at me.

"Okay, okay, okay... Make fun as me because I'm dumb." Alec kind of looked down. A little sad, yeah?

"Listen man, you're smart. You gave us this crazy idea and you keep us alive. I love you. No homo.." I said. Alec gave me a small smile. No like he took off his lips and gave me a smile... Fúck sakes, no. Like as in a weak one, a genuine friendly one.

"Not even a little?" He smiled bigger and I stepped back.

"Don't push it, mate." I laughed.

"Hey guys, I do not think we're alone." Vic pointed behind us and it was one of the vans we had. Our group, the one with my sister? Yeah, that one.

"What are they doing?" I asked as the others look back and observed.

"Coming to us." Adrian replied sarcastically. Hale sighed and shook his head.

"Can't go a minute without silence or sarcastic remarks." Hale rubbed his temples and grabbed out his gun. Another van came from behind the first. I swear I seen the last one before and it wasn't from Salem.

"Ready your guns. We don't know what will come from those two vans." I order as they gotten closer. It was kind of like a strip.

"I'll turn the truck around in case we... Need a getaway." Vic pointed the other way and we all nodded. He did so while we watch as they pulled up slowly. The windows tinted and probably bullet proof...

Hey, why didn't we take one of those vans? What the hell! Couldn't find better in this wasteland anyways.

My sister stepped out and shook her head. She was dressed nicely in blood, I mean covered. A white gown but bloody.

"I lost the baby."
