SHOTGUN ROMANCE

Chapter 1 : Nice Afternoon

Allison POV

I just arrived at Cebu Pacific Airlines. I don't know why I chose this place, I just felt like I wanted to. Asides from the fact I wanted to run away from my hometown and just relax, I felt like something was waiting for me here. So after packing up my stuff, I directly got a ticket to Cebu. Though Cebu would be considered one of a must-visit place here, I want to see more than what it has to offer.

Grabbing my trolley, I walked down outside and got a cab to , heading to one hotel. I especially asked the driver which one had a nice view of the ocean, and he just drove me where he knew. After a few moments in the cab, I plugged in my earphones and started listening to, "Give me love" by Ed Sheeran. Depressing song for a start of a vacation, I know. But I just felt like listening to it. Then finally, the cab stopped. I paid him extra for the effort and all then got out.

I walked to the accountant and asked, "A room for one please."

She nodded and gave me a polite smile.

I smiled back and added, " Oh, could you do me a favour and get me a room that has a nice view on the ocean? Thatd be great."

"Yes ma'am." She nodded again and went back typing my room and stuff.

A few minutes later, she gave me the keys to my room and I placed my payment infront of her.  I walked up to my room, which was number 307. As I walked in the room, it was stunning. I walked to the balcony and swiped off the curtains, the view was perfect. You could see the ocean perfectly and feel the warm breeze through your skin. "I should give the accountant a tip before I leave." I thought to myself.

Then I turned back to the bellboys, "Just place them there please." I told them and they left.

Breathing in the warm air, it was magnificent. I was pumped up on what would I gain here, travelling so far. I grinned and changed into my bathing suit.

Lawrence POV

          I came to the resort with my friends, it was my friends birthday today and we had a surprise for her. We brought her girlfriend from Manila , and she didn't even know. However, I felt like there was more to the party that Im going to do. I don't know what it was, I just had a hunch that something will happen to me later. I tried to just think about having fun, chilling by the beach and just that.  I went to my respective room and unpacked. It was hot, so might as well change into my trunks and have a dip into the water.

          My other friends went to their rooms too and since I wanted privacy, I ot my own room. There is no way I'd share rooms with them, besides, all of them had their own partners. I wouldn't want to watch anymore PDA as ive had on th way here with them. Ugh.

          After changing into my trunks, I went out through the door only to face a pretty little lady wearing my black bikini and a see through shirt. She had dyed red hair and looked like she wasn't a Filipina. I didn't notice I was already staring at her, until she smiled at me. I blushed abit out of embarrassment and, she was cute. She then walked away and before I could even follow, a friend of mine hugged me from the back.

"Hey man! Magswiswimming ka na?" , My friend Peter asked.

"Yeah. Kaw ba?" I asked him.

"Mag aayos pa kami ni Camille eh. At pati na rin sila Nick at Jamie, tapos madami na sila sa paghahanda ng salo salo mamaya." Sagot nya. So, wala akong gagawin? Ayos ah.

"Oh sige sige. Tignan ko nalang kayo mamaya." Sabi ko sa kanya, napangiti rin ako, since I was hoping to meet that little redhead.

"Sige sige tol." Nag apir kami at dumaan siya sa kabila then I went to the beach.
