Princess. Princess.

How could I be a princess? That is it. I thought Mitsu was crazy, but now I realize she is actually insane. Or this is just indenial. Maybe it is both. Most likely she is just insane. Yeah, go with that. I cannot be a princess.

"Please, try to believe it. You can go ask my father if you choose not to believe.", Mitsu persisted. "On the topic of fathers, were is yours?" We both ask the wrong questions. I shadowed my face so she wouldn't see me cringe. "I don't wanna talk about that man. He is out of my life." "Okay then, off that topic.", she said. This, again, was not an okay situation.

I decided to talk to Mitsu's father, Mr. Toko, he basically said the same thing. I asked, "Is the Valcusios really the 'royals' here? Like princesses, princes, and such?" He replied, "Yes, why do you ask? Did Mitsu say something weird?" "Hey!", said Mitsu. "Well, I told her that my family's name is Valcusios. She thinks I am one of those royals." Mr. Toko stared at me. Then he said, "Well, they are royals after all because they are the most powerful family of warlocks and witches." While saying this he continued to stare at me. I don't get them at all, what is so fascinating about me? Except for the fact that they suspect I am a princess. Which they are wrong.

The next morning, Mitsu decided to take me on a tour of my new home. Or, as Mitsu calls it, my new "kingdom". "Come on. It is going to be fun. No. More than just fun. It is going to be... oohhh... what is the right word? Ah ha! Breath taking! That's it. Breath taking. Well, let's not waste any more time diddy daddling" - seriously? - "Me and you have got a date with the whole kingdom. Your kingdom." Why me?

Mitsu was extremely energetic. She was working on pushing ALL of my buttons. "Hey, hey. Guess what. This is part of your kingdom" Mitsu pointed to shops and other things. "So is this. And this. Oh, this too. Ooh.... and this. Isn't it wonderful? Oh my gosh! I just thought of something. What if you make me your lady-in-waiting? That would be so..."

"Mitsu, please just be quiet. I need some peace."

"I was just going to say cool."

"MITSU!!!"

"Sorry."

I sighed. This is going to be a long day. Again.

Mitsu got the hang of giving tours of the kingdom. Even if she keeps calling it "my kingdom". We got a lot accomplished. I even saw the Town Square. There was also a sheriff's house. When we got inside, we met the sheriff. His name was Sheriff Kensis. When he saw that the kingdom had a "newbie", he was happy to greet me. "Well, who do we have here Mitsu?", he asked. "Her name is Liza. Liza-..." I covered Mitsu's mouth. She was not about to tell my last name and Kensis starts acting all weird like her and Mr. Toko. Mitsu caught on quick. "Yeah, her name is Liza.", she said after I uncovered her mouth, slowly. Sheriff Kensis didn't see anything wrong. Luckily. "Well, Liza it's good to see you. But, you best be off continuing your tour of the kingdom. See you all later." "Well, I reckon he is a nice man.", I said. Mitsu smiled at how I used my words.

Mitsu decided to let me see, as she calls it, my castle. It was called The Valcusios Castle. Has a nice ring to it, don't you think? Well, Mitsu certainly did. "Oh my, do you see this? What if you were to live in this? Of course you will, stupid question. At least you will whenever we tell those guards over there who you really are. HEY! GUA---" Is she a lunatic? I had to cover her mouth. "What the heck is wrong with you? Are you trying to get both of us stored in a dungeon for all eternity because everyone thought we were crazy? This is insane! Let's just turn around and go back. Forget this ever happened and don't tell anyone my name. Okay?" Mitsu shook her head yes because I was still covering her mouth. I let go of her cautiously.

It was strangely quiet when we got back. All of the lights were turned off. Mitsu said, "Maybe the whole area is like this. It happens a lot." Okay then. I thought that was the problem at hand. That was until Mitsu was taken away by something unseen right in front of my eyes. She couldn't even scream out. A pair of red eyes had showed up in my vision. That was the last thing I remember before I was knocked out from behind and everything was pitch black....
