Good night means Goodbye, Mother

Emily's POV:

"What ever Zane..." I sigh as I walk away from my brother, well... I don't like to consider him one. He is a huge idiot like my father. "That is no way to talk to the High Priest, Emily." I smirk and spin on my heel facing him, "Pfft, your no 'High Priest'" , i say adding quotations in the air, "Your just an Idiot." he growls, and I run home. "Mom! Mom! Zane threatened to hurt me! His one and only sister!" Zane runs in the house as I hide behind my mother. "Zane!" my mother yells, "DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT LAYING A FINGER ON YOUR SISTER!" I giggle slightly, for no one to hear. Zane growls again and stomps away. POINT EMILY! WOOHO! I run to my room and plop on my bed. "Mom, im gonna take a small nap!" I call out. "Okay sweetie!" She answers. I start off my small music box and drift into a small, 1 or 2 hour sleep.

In dream-

"G-Gar-Garrroth?" I was a 3 year old learning names. "Yes Emily! That's my name!" I smile and waddle to my brother. "H-Hello G-Garroth!" I stumbled on my words. "Hello, Emily..." Garroth says in a soothing voice. Garroth is three years older than me, he was six. Zane was five, Vylad four. I giggled and held Garroth's leg. "Gar Gar! Hehehehee!" He smiled down on me. "Em lem!" I smile at the small nickname. "Gar?" I ask. "Em?" he answered using the nickname like me. "If we ever get a pet, Let's name it Sprinkles okay?" he nods. "Okay." I smile at the name we chose. I start skipping around singing "Sprinkles, Sprinkles! Sprinkles the purple and black cat!" I keep skipping around, not a care in the world. My family was nice and together. Like I hoped it would be, Forever.

Into Dream T-Skip

Seven years has gone by since that day. I was walking home with Garroth when "GARROTH! EMILY! ZANE! GET INSIDE! NOW!" my mother commanded. "Yes Mommy?" I ask worringly. "Emily, Zane, Garroth, there is something very important I need to tell you. My four-teen and thirteen year old brothers nod. "Wait mommy!" I interrupted. "Yes?" I look around. "Why isn't Vylad here? Shouldn't he hear this to?" my mother gets tears in her eyes as I tilt my head. Zane and Garroth get the message and fall to their knees. Now everyone is crying and im the only one who didn't understand."Em..." Garroth starts, "Vylad is...is d-dead now...h-he won't be here....ever again." It hit me like a truck. "N-no... We will see him again! I promise! Vylad isn't dead! And... And if we don't ever see Vylad again then...THEN YOU GUYS GET THE FIRST SLICE OF CAKE!" I smile. Everyone nodded sadly and left to their rooms to cry. What was the point in crying? We where gonna see him again!

End Dream-

"VYLAD!!" I scream as I shoot up in my bed, and start to cry. My mother rushed into the room, I cry on her. "Are you okay? What happened?" Asks my mother. "M-my d-dream..." I manage.

"Tell momma about it, Come on" I sniffle and start explaining my dream. "- that's what happened....i.... I just want to be a family again..." I cry. "Hun, we are a family!" she cheers. "No mom. I want to have it like old times..." she nods slightly. "Im getting dinner ready, come when ready." I smile. "Okay mom." she smiles and leaves. I sat there for five to ten minutes till I got up and went to get my food.

After dinner I head to my room after saying "Good Night!" to everyone. When I get there I start quickly packing. I was ready to leave this place! Even if I do have to run away. I write a quick letter to my mother since she is the one who wakes me up in the morning. I make my bed, and make my room neat.
The letter I wrote says:

Mom... Let everyone know I do love them. I am sorry I can't say this to your face but....i couldn't face you, I am weak. I am out to become stronger! And if I see Vylad, when I come back, I GET A WHOLE CAKE! ('⊙ω⊙') Anyways...dont look for me, I want to do this on my own. I know what your thinking "Little Emmy is so grown up!" or "I can't leave my baby out there alone! I need to get help!" Mom I love you. Heh.... My last Good Night.... It ment GoodBye, Mother. I miss you. And I know, you miss me. I will maybe send letters...i am a traveler for now....by the way... You might want to explain to Dad why a ship is missing....

I might or might not have cried a little while writing that letter. I open my window and through my lauggege out the window into the bushes, I was on the first floor in the house. When im about to jump out, I look back one last time. "GoodBye....mom..." I get tears and my eyes and jump out the window, grabbing my stuff, and taking one of the villages smaller ships.

After a long while, I make it to a random dock. I didn't know to what village though. I hop off the boat and head into the village. Before I enter I see a sign that says "Welcome To Brightport!" I was in Brightport! I was gonna stay awhile so I run back to the ship, grab my stuff and go inside. Only to find, O'Kasis guards. Good thing I disguised myself on the ship! "Hey lady! We got a curfew here, so find a place to stay for the night!" a guard calls to me as I walk in. Great. I head to a house somewhere in the village and knock on the door. It opens and a woman with black hair, brown eyes let's me in. "Hello! Im Aphmou! What do you need?" Aphmou asks. "I need a place to stay for the night..." she smiles. "Well your welcomed here!" we walk deeper into the house and I see someone whith red hair and in a apron with a heart on it, laying on the bed. "That's KiKi..." Aphmou says. I nod and walk around. "Are you new around here?" Aph asks. "Yeah...just got here from-" I stop myself, "From home...you?" she nods slightly, "Well, I was just going to pass through when the O'Kasis guards made me come here...whats your name?" I smile, "My name is Emily! Emily of-" I sigh. "Emily... Just Emily... I have no village no home anymore." Me and Aphmou talk for a bit till we choose to sleep.
