Happy Ending

It was a small town of hope, North America. The battle WWII had just ended. The war was finally over, everyone was happy. The economy was back to normal, men got back to their wives and every child had a full family again. The Japanese had surrendered, the Germans and Russians held back and America had won. But throughout the joy and happiness, anger was boiling. It had been seventy-one years since WWII ended. Everyone thought that WWII was a "thing of the past".
But now in 2016 the Russian army with a rising nuclear army they planned an attack on the U.S.
They would go into nuclear lockdown for five days and on the fifth they would attack the United States. They would hit the Capitol with a nuclear warhead without detection. Their plan to stay undetected is that they have recently shut down a U.S. Satellite. So the U.S. Could not detect a threat. During the first four days Russian officers had to herd people into an underground bunker. They had multiple bunkers spread throughout the country. People had small food rations  so everyone could eat. Finally, on the fifth day Russia launched the warhead at 0500 hours. The missile would strike at 0900 hours. Giving them time to get the bunkers ready. Russian guards would keep the people in the bunker and once they heard a call from the leader of the operation , they yelled "ТИХО"! Which is Russian for quiet. The leader said the, "payload inbound".
