"How can you be so irresponsible? You called me an hour ago and asked to come as soon as possible, and..........." I stopped or I will like to say I controlled myself after I saw her eyes. I was pretty sure, if she had a gun she would have shot me right there after whatever shit I had uttered. But she calmly took her seat opposite to me. To be honest this was one of the most horrifying moments I had ever faced in my whole life. She fixed her gaze on me and finally spoke, "You think I don't know how to handle stuffs and I am careless about our relation." Her last two or three words sounded something like radio channel unable to catch signal, as Niagara falls had been relocated on her eyes. I was just like, "Come on, don't act childish." These words never dared to come out of my throat, they died as thoughts in my perplexed mind.
She just broke the bones of my words and gave a whole new meaning to my statement. When on earth did I say she was careless??
"How can you do this to me?", she whimpered.
"You don't love me anymore", her voice grew stronger with these taunts. She crushed the rose, and this dragged me back to my senses.
"What wrong have I said baby? ", I asked with a combo pack of 70% fear and 30% anxiousness.
" You said me careless and now you are asking what you have done. ", she said with her eyebrow raised. To be honest she looked gorgeous when angry.
" Are you even listening to me? ", she brought me back to reality with this.
" No baby, I did never say that you are careless. "
" Shut up! Don't dare to call me baby. You have changed. You are no more the same person I fell for. "
" Come on dear, now don't create a scene here." I guess these were the most stupid words I had ever said in my whole life.
"What! You mean I am creating a scene over here. Ok fine. If you find my presence embarrassing then better I must leave. " A reply quite expected.
" No.... No... I didn't mean that"
"Just shut up! You moron. ", saying this she turned to walk away.
But wait, she turned back and gave a furious look as if the whole stuff wasn't enough; she threw the menu card at me as the final icing on the cake. After this she rushed out. After all this I never bothered of getting up and going after her, I was confused and unable to understand the situation and was also concerned about the gentle people all around me. I raised my head to look around, everyone was busy in their own. I thought that the world was too busy to bother at such shitty stuffs or maybe they had utilised the time that I took to get back to my senses to take their gaze away from me. Whatever the reason might had been, I was happy that no one was looking at me. As I was about to grab my sandwich which was probably feeling lonely all this while, my eyes caught a man looking at me. Uhhh.... Better I would like to say a weird man looking at me. He had thick beard and it was not at all well maintained. It seemed as if it just grew and became dense. Messy hair, big eyes and the biggest mystery was, he had a cup on his table and he was holding a fork in his hand and a toothpick between his dark lips. Maybe it was for the undissolved sugar cubes. I just raised one of my eyebrows as if asking, "What the hell are you looking at?". He smirked at me. Now this really infuriated me. I thought for a moment to go and kick his ass but I controlled my anger. I was in my full senses and I knew he was way too stronger than me and moreover I was getting late for my college. I stuffed the sandwich in my mouth, grabbed my bag and rushed out of that hostile cafe.
