Have you ever had that one friend you would tell everything to? To share laughs, stories and secrets. I stopped seeing my best friend Charlie when I was about five years old. Although I could no longer see Charlie, I can hear his voice as if he was standing next to me. Charlie introduced to me to a friend. Her name is Shelly. From what I picture in my mind, Shelly is a beautiful woman with seashell blue eyes and strawberry blond hair with light freckles all over her face. Charlie and Shelly always guide me in the right direction, gave me advice when I'm trouble, gave me someone to talk to whenever I needed a friend or felt bored, and they always have my back. They say I have to keep them a secret, be cautious when I talk to them, from everybody, or else my parents would send me away. I really needed them for my math test. Especially Charlie, he's so smart. He would tell me ways to get the right answer. I got up and past in my test to Mr. Rogers before the bell rang. I took my binder off of the rack on the bottom of my chair  and walked out of the smelly room. Heading to my next class, my hand was caught and my body was turned slightly to have lips placed upon mine. "What are you doing today after school?" Jeremy asked me while putting his arm around me as we walked down the hall.
"I'm going to Libby's house."
"You staying the night?"
"Possibly, why?"
"Just wanted to have a little fun, that's all," Jeremy answered while giving me a wink.
I looked up to see Jeremy eyeing a girl with short, brown hair that has a reputation for sleeping with boys, taken or not. You saw that too right? Shelly asked me.
"Seeing anything you like?" I asked Jeremy daringly.
"Of course not babe."
He is lying to you Paige, Charlie told me.
Jeremy ran his fingers in my light brown hair as he kisses my cheek. "I'll text you."
I bet you will, I thought walking into history class.
Getting into Libby's car, I saw Jeremy waiting outside the school. I watched him as he looked around before going into his phone. His thumbs were dancing on the screen of his phone. He's texting someone, I observed. I put my seat-belt on, "You want to go to the mall?"
"Sure, I have a couple of bucks to spend," Libby answered putting her car into reverse. "I'm running out of space in my notebook and school just started a few weeks ago. Anyway how are you and Jeremy?"
"We're good. Today I saw him checking out Lizzie while his arm was around me. I have this funny feeling he's not telling me everything."
"Why do you think that?" Libby asked as she turned the corner while we were about five minutes away from the mall.
I shrugged while looking out of the window. "His stories never add up."
Libby drove into the parking lot and parked in a space closest to the door. Libby opened her door after giving me a smile to replace the words she didn't have.
Libby and I walked out of a small store filled with office supplies. While we past the food court, my eyes glanced at the people waiting in the lines and sitting at tables. I stopped in my tracks to see...Jeremy. He was standing in the middle of the food court with his phone in his hands. "What's the mat—oh," Libby paused while looking at what I was seeing. "Is he suppose too be here?"
I shook my head, "He never told he was going to the mall."
Look at him looking around. He's meeting somebody, Shelly told me.
I watched Jeremy from behind a wall. He opened his arm as someone walked up to him. Lizzie. Jeremy kissed her. My eyes widened. "He...kissed...her?"
Libby snuck her hand into mine, "Paige, I'm so sorry."
"He's been cheating on me?" I asked in shock.
Don't worry. We'll get him back, Charlie promised.
"Come on Paige. Let's go," Libby told me as she gently pulled me away.
I could feel my tears wanting to fall out of my eyes with each step I took towards the exit of the mall. I didn't want my eyeliner to run. I got my tear on my finger and wiped it on my leg before getting into the car. Libby rubbed my back. I took a deep breath to help calm my nerves. "Are you going to be alright?" Libby asked.
I nodded while smiling through my tears that I refused to roll down my cheek. "I'll be alright," I assured her.
"Let's get out of here and go to my house," Libby replied turning the ignition.
I fiddled around with my phone case as I watched some TV drama. I wanted to confront Jeremy of his crime. Don't worry, Charlie told me as I could feel that he was plotting something with Shelly, but I couldn't figure out what.
Go ahead Paige, call him, Shelly told me, but play it cool.
I shook my knee up and down as I was contemplating on calling Jeremy. I glanced over at Libby who is fast asleep on the couch. My thumb glided across the screen, clicked on the small, green phone in the top corner of the screen and put the phone up to my ear. Play it cool, I reminded myself.
"Hello," Jeremy answered his phone.
"I need help with something only you can fix," I whispered into the phone.
"Maybe if you come over, I can help you with your problem."
"I can be there in ten minutes," I spoke into the phone as I got up from the floor to slip on my shoes while I ended the call.
Before turning the doorknob, I glanced over to the kitchen. I tiptoed into the kitchen and open a drawer. I put my hair up in a high ponytail and put plastic throw away gloves on. I spotted a roll of duct tape small enough  to fit in my back pocket. I looked into the silverware drawer. K pulled out a light, sharp, kitchen knife. You know what to do Paige, Charlie whispered.
Jeremy opened the door soon after I rang the doorbell and pulled me inside and kisses me deeply. I grabbed his hands as they began to run down my sides and placed them on my breasts. Jeremy tilted my neck and kissed it. I fought the tears that I felt coming up behind my eyes. Jeremy grabbed my hand and hurried up the stairs. "What's with the gloves?" Jeremy asked with a grin.
"Wanted to play doctor," I answered while he opened his bedroom door.
I laid Jeremy down as I lifted his shirt up and over his head. I grabbed the duct tape from my back pocket. I tied his wrists together nice and tight above his head as I kissed his neck. "Paige," Jeremy whispered heavily.
I placed my finger over his mouth before duct taking his mouth shut. "Just enjoy the show," I ordered him while unbuttoning the top of my shirt. I ran my fingers down his chest. "You want to hear a story baby?"
Jeremy nodded.
Kill him, Shelly told me.
"Once upon a time, there was a girl who fell in love with the most beautiful man in all the land. This man gave the girl his heart," I paused  to kiss his chest while slowly going behind my back, "or so the girl though until she saw him kissing the local whore," I finished as I plunged the knife in the spot where I kissed his chest.
I got off of Jeremy as I buttoned my shirt back up as the sound of Jeremy's muffled shrieking started fading. I grabbed the duct tape and put it in my back pocket. Pulling the knife out of Jeremy, blood started squirting out of his wound. Feel better? Shelly asked me.
"Much," I responded with a sly smile.
