For a cover:

Name: Username/ Pen name
Title: Of the book
Orders: What you want in the menu (samples' title)
Toppings: Demands

Sweets: Character (Kpop idol, ulzzang, objects, scenery)

          Example:

For a moodboard:
Mood: Color and other demands
How many pictures: Since it's a collage, 4 or 9 pictures in one moodboard only.
Sweet: Maximum of two for the 4 pictures. And maximum of five for the 9 pictures.

          Example:
          - Neon red
          - 9 pictures
          - SinB and Eunha of GFriend

For a character banner:
Name: Username / Pen name
Title: Of the book
Sweets: One Kpop idol or ulzzang only

Information/s: That you want to be included on the banner
Quotes or subtitle: Please put " " if it's a quote
Toppings: Demands

          Example:
          - sw8seoul
          - Marshmallow
          - Kim Dahyun of Twice
          - None
          - "One in a million"
          - Make it cute, please

For a chapter banner:
Chapter number:
Title: Of the story
Sweets: One only
Quotes: Put a " "
Toppings: Demands

          Example:
          - Kabanata 1
          - Bench
          - Lee Min Ho, actor
          - "I'm just a model"
          - None

Comment the 2 sweet words and automatically your request is accepted.
It also means that you will follow the  rules and do the payments. If not, you will not recieve your order and you'll be in the block list. Thank you.
