*Nevaeh's POV*
Two semester's later, it was crazy that the year was almost over.
Almost the end of the third semester, Victoria and I had become really great friends and me and Aidan had gone on a few dates.
It had taken me about about half a year to get over the fact that Heaven was really gone.
But dating Aidan had really helped.
Anytime he visited, we pretended he was a wolf.
And anytime I went over to his school we pretended I was a vampire.
Of course Victoria knew about me and Aidan.
It's crazy how relaxed the vampire council has been about me and Aidan.
I guess it doesn't matter that much.
"What are you thinking about?"
Victoria walked over
"Nothing" I lied
"Classes?"
"Sure lets go with that" I laughed
"Your sister?"
"Yeah"
She leaned down and hugged me.
"I just wish there was something I could do! I keep replaying in my head and there are a hundred things I could have done differently! I could have saved her!" I started tearing up
"No, Nevaeh. There is nothing you could have done. She's- she's gone. I'm sorry." She looked down
"I thought vampires weren't supposed to die that easily!"
"Wait she was a vampire?" Victoria looked at me
"Yeah? What if it?"
I sniffed
"Nevaeh! There could be a chance that she might make it! She might not be dead! We still can have hope!"
"How?!" I jumped to my feet.
"Listen! There's this story....."
