It was midnight, Mikasa and Eren were lying down on a blanket staring at the sky, though the walls were ruining the view, it was fine by them, not that they could do anything about it anyway
"Hey Mikasa," Eren called,
As she hummed in response
"I wanted to talk to you about, about something important." Eren said,
"What is it Eren?" She turned to face him,
For a moment they were staring at each other, lost in each others eyes,
"I love you." Eren blurted out,
"I- Mikasa." Eren said after realizing what he had just confessed,
"I love you too Eren." Mikasa replied,
"And I dont mean it in a family way, I mean it like, like, every time I see you, I just forget all the titans around, and feel- feel normal, like there were none at all." Eren said uneasily,
"Jean asked me out on a date." Mikasa confessed,
"What did you say?" Eren asked, fuming, that horseface was asking Mikasa out, she belonged to him, and nobody else, as well as he belonged to her,
"Its pretty obvious inst it? I said no." Mikasa said,
"I said no because, because of you, because everytime I see you, you make me forget all the bad things and just remember the good things, I said no because, you haunt me Eren, everywhere I go, I see your face, I said no because im in love with you." Mikasa said,
In a second Eren pulled Mikasa for a kiss,
"Mikasa, I love you too." He said breaking the kiss,
"We better get back." Mikasa said,
"No- Wait," Eren said while grabbing her hand,
"Lets stay here." Eren said,
"But Eren-
"Cmon, Levi wouldnt care." Eren reasoned,
"Fine," Mikasa caved,
With that, they were lying down together, in eachothers arms, inlove, its them against the world, and nobody could tear them apart, even if its the world against them
