16 years old, twin sister Rapunzel, single, just got back off a seven year cruise, cousins with Elsa Arrendale and she has moonlight powers that only her family know about. She can shoot liquid moonlight from her hands or feet and she can make shimmery and smooth moon rock castles of buildings etc.
