It's Happening

“Austin I’m leaving now!” I yelled at him from up the stairs while jingling the keys.

“Ok have fun! I’ll see you later!”

I get into my car and drive to Amber’s house which she lives in by herself with Alex sometimes over to keep her company. I arrive at her house about 13 minutes later and go and knock on her door.

“Hey El! We are going to have so much fun tonight!”

“I know, how is everything holding up?”

“Fine I guess, Alex comes by mostly every night now but I told him you were coming tonight. How is it with Austin? Are you guys having fun?”

“LOL I will tell you everything let’s just get upstairs and get this party started.

Austin’s pov:

When Ellie leaves I get a text from Alex.

Alex: Hey come on over tonight. I’m having a party

Me: Ok what time?

Alex: Come over now

Me: ok be right over

I grab my car keys and head over to Alex’s, who lives like a block away. I get there to see there are already people pouring from his house.

“Alex when you said party I thought you meant the crew and a couple more friends, not the whole city.”

“We were long due for a legit party.”

I spot a couple cute girls, one with long blonde hair and one with black hair with a pixie cut, staring at us assuming they are fans, but then I see Jessica with them and know that this won’t be good.

“Um Alex who invited Jessica?”

“You know I don’t know. It seems as if word of a party at Alex’s house gets around fast.”

“You don’t say.”

I see Jessica and her group start walking towards me and I look around for a place to run but it’s already too late.

“Hey Austypoo these are my friends Amy and Sasha.” Taylor says getting all up in my space putting her hand on my shoulder.

“Um it’s nice to meet you guys, I guess.”

“Austin can you show us to the drinks?” The girl with the black hair named Sasha asks.

“I think that might be Alex’s job. ALEX!” I yell for him hoping I can get out of it but seeing he is nowhere in sight. That douche ditched me. I then lead them into the kitchen needing a drink myself, for my mouth is getting dry by the minute. I look around for punch but see that there is only alcohol. This is not a good sign. I decide that I will grab one, thinking it won’t hurt too much.

“Austin let’s dance.” The girl named Amy protest.

I don’t think she is giving me a choice, so I grab two more drinks and head for the dance floor wishing there was another way out. Amy grabs my hand and starts to slow dance with me. I try my best to picture this as El, but finding it to be harder and harder to concentrate even though I had only one and a half drinks so far. It doesn’t take long to realize that someone as spiked my drink, making me loose all my free will and I start doing things that I wouldn’t normally do.

Taylor’s pov:

I have Sasha by my side but not Amy. I know she has a crush on Austin, just like anyone else here, but I think it’s time for us to go. I search for Amy when I spot her with Austin slow dancing with him. I remember her saying she wanted to spike Austin’s drink, but I thought she was only kidding but to the looks of how Austin is acting with Amy, I think she actually went through with it. I know Austin is a faithful guy and wouldn’t do anything to hurt a girl. I’m just about to go over to Amy when see them kiss and flashes go everywhere, knowing that this isn’t going to be good, because everyone just about knows he is going out with Ellie.
