I was practically skipping I was so happy. I turned the corner to grab my books for the day and I say there was a crowd gathered around my locker. Walking up slowly the crowd parted to reveal Eli holding a giant rose bouquet. He handed them to me then kissed my hand and I heard a camera snap. Eli looked me in the eyes and said. "Carter, will you be my girlfriend?" I put my hand over my mouth and said "Yes Eli." And kissed him. Cora and Livi were cheering very loudly and taking pictures. Eli picked me up and swung me around. He turned to talk Mark and I jumped on his back. He caught my legs immediately and took off down the hall like he did yesterday. I smiled and kissed his ear lightly.

He would not stop smiling. He and the basketball team even ate with us. Eli turned to me and said, "I would like to take you on a date later if you don't have plans." "Of course. But I would like you to meet someone when you pick me up. My little sis has been dying to meet the person who keeps stealing her big sissy from her." I replied. "I would love to meet this lucky sister of yours." I smiled and kissed his cheek. "You two are so cute it's gross." Livi gagged. "Yeah. You're the perfect girl to be Eli's first girlfriend." Mark stated grabbing a fry off Cora's plate. I froze and gave him a surprised look asking,"I'm your first girlfriend? What about Bianca or Courtney of Chelsea, or Britt.." "Okay I get it!" He interrupted. "None of them I would call a real girlfriend. You're different though. I actually care about you." I paused and looked at him. The bell rang just as I opened my mouth. He put a fry in my mouth lifting me up bridal style caring me out the doors.

I clicked my pen and continued to stare at the wall. Harley ran into the room and screamed. I feel off my chair and turned to look at her. She was wearing an overall dress with a t-shirt under it and red wedges. She glared at me. "Carterrrr!!! You promised you would come to my art show tonight."
