A Minecraft Adventure

Chapter 1: Minecraft

I open my eyes and see the sun. Wait, is that the sun? It appears in the form of a square. I then look downwards and see square blocks everywhere. The trees, animals, terrain, and even water and lava. I look down and see that my body is in a cubic sort of form. My clothes are in 2-d and have no texture. I decide to explore this unknown world and for an hour I wonder around thinking of how I got here.

Then I stumble upon a forest and in frustration I punch the tree and feel no pain and see that the log that I punched shrink into a small version in itself and immediately goes into my pocket. I excitedly chop down seven more trees and I realize it's getting dark. I begin to panic until I frantically begin digging into the ground and making a 2 wide and 3 deep hole and cover up the top to make a make-shift roof.

Morning comes slowly and I hear clinking and snarling outside and I make a hole to peek through and see what looks like zombies and skeletons frying in the rising sun. I stare at the cubed creatures that are meeting their end and I smirk, knowing that those things could have killed me that night. I then break my dirt roof and climb out of my hole. After, I grab my wood that I collected and start to experiment with them and end up making a crafting table, wooden hoe, sword, pickax, ax and shovel.

With my new tools I begin to explore and I find a large patch of exposed stone and even some minerals. The minerals are what looks to be iron and coal. Soon I discover that I need to eat, so I grab some of the apples that I collected and eat three until my stomach is filled. With a full belly I mine at the stone and it pops up as cobblestone. I mine for about an hour and head back to my make-shift home. I decide that it is time to make a REAL house and I take my wooden planks and make a 3x5 area with a height of 3 blocks.

After an hour I finish my house and look at it. Pleased, I then take my crafting bench and make a door and place it in the hole I left for it. After finishing that I make a furnace and place some of my coal and cook my iron ore. Then the sun begins to set and I decide to go kill some of those monsters and I make an iron sword. With my sword ready and my pockets full of food I set outside and find dozens of mobs surrounding my land.
