(A/N: I hope you guys like my part 2 to My Special Baby! Enjoy)

I woke up one day to hear Mitch screaming in pain, holding his head where he was hit during his accident.

"It hurts! Scott it hurts!" Mitch cried in pain. That was already unusual. After his accident, if he was in pain, or something hurt, he'd say; "I hurt! I hurt, Scottie, I hurt!" And he wouldn't say the "T" properly. And if he hurt, he would never use Scott... It was always Scottie.

I- in a hurry- got dressed, then helped Mitch get dressed before driving to the hospital. Mitch was still crying in pain, crouched over. Once I arrived at the hospital, I carried my baby inside, telling the receptionist the issue.

They took Mitch in a room, me following. The nurse stopped me before I could go to Mitch.

"You can't be in here" The nurse stated. I looked down.

"Do you want to have to deal with a screaming patent that won't let you touch him? Because of not, I'd suggest letting me stay with him" I explained. The nurse looked pissed.

"Sir, I am a trained professional. I know how to deal with patents who are screaming and being stubborn and I am 100% sure having you in the room with him won't stop his stubbornness" The nurse smirked. I just nodded, thinking; 'oh, you just wait'. After sitting outside of the room for a few minutes, I heard Mitch screaming for me.

"NO! NO ONE FUCKING TOUCHES ME UNTIL SCOTT GETS IN HERE WITH ME" Mitch yelled. 'Okay... What the hell was that? Mitch sounds... Normal! Like he did before the accident' I thought.

As soon as I had thought that, a frantic nurse came bursting through the door.

"You. Get. In. There. Right. Now" The nurse demanded. I smirked at her anger as I walked right past her, into the room. Mitch was still screaming for me. I slowly approached him. As soon as he noticed my presence, he calmed down. He reached for my hand, squeezing it. Soon, a nurse came in, barring some type of liquid to "calm him down" or in other words, medical chloroform.

"We don't need to use it, he's fine now that I'm here" I told the nurse. The nurse grunted, setting the liquid and needle on a table "just in case" although I know it was because she was too lazy to put it back.

The doctor came in soon after, to talk with us. He explained that he read over Mitch's file. He explained that he wanted to do a scan to see what was causing the pain- that was still going on, might I add. Mitch was wheeled into a room to scan his head. I went with the doctor to see the result. The doctor's eyes went wide. I was instantly worried.

"What's wrong? Is it bad?" I questioned. The doctor looked up towards me.

"No no no, this is good! Do you remember how the doctor that cared for him the last time told you he'd stay in a child's mindset forever unless a miracle happened and the brain started healing itself?" The doctor stated.

"Um... Yes, I do" I stuttered.

"His brain is healing itself! Mitch will be back to normal soon!" The doctor exclaimed. My jaw dropped and I started crying tears of joy. They allowed me to go to his room and tell him what was going on. So I did.

"Mitchie, do you have an idea of what's happening? I asked. Mitch shook his head.

"Mmkay, well... Do you remember how the doctors said your brain could heal itself, but the chances are very little it would happen?" Nod, "baby, your brain is healing".

Mitch started crying tears of joy, so did I.

"I'm going to get better?" Mitch cried, reaching for me. I hugged him.

"Yeah baby, you are" I smiled, still crying.

Mitch was healing.

My healing baby.
