Case: Two people die of heart attacks at the beach in Sacramento, California.

ROLEPLAY

JOHN: *drives along road in car, heading west towards Sacramento after case in Nevada. Aerosmith's Same Old Song and Dance plays from the radio*

DAN: *looks at book of hauntings in California* "according to this, several people throughout the years report ghosts, usually at the cliffs at night time."

JOHN: "so it might be a ghost terrifying people at its place of death?"

DAN: "exactly. Once we get into the city we can check out who died in those locations and follow up on the leads, maybe talk to the families of the victims"

(They get to Sacramento, park at a motel and rent a room)

JOHN: "well, I've been driving a while, its night. Let's get some rest and start working the case in the morning."

(Sleep, next morning wake up and put on suits and get FBI badges.)

Okay I'm not gonna do the whole case reenactment because that would take forever to write by myself.

But you sort of get the idea I think. Just treat it like a real roleplay, actually have detail and logical event progression.

Do not do the example down below at any cost.
