Soulmate

There is a world a place of black and white the people love it there but there is something magical about the place and it is called Soulmate. The reason it is called Soulmate is because in their world you will find your soulmate no matter where you are. How will you know when you found them well only you will know. So instead of me telling you let one of the people down in their world show you and see how her story unfolds.

In a small town called Rosewood, Layla Bellrose was just your everyday girl but the people of her world was very different from our. The reason we are different is because they cannot see color they live in a black and white world. Layla had just graduated and got a job in the most famous city in the world Soulmate. Her job was as a journalist for the National newspaper company called Valentine corp. She had just gotten to her new apartment and was carrying things inside when she bumped into somebody. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry" said a female. She looked about 5ft and had short brown hair and green eyes. "It's ok I'm Layla " Layla said to her with a smile. "Hi I'm Mary do you want to be friends" she said to Layla. Layla just nodded and and Mary hugged her.

Life was going good for Layla she had a job that paid well, and a best friend who was always there for her but she thought that something was missing in her life. Even though she lived in a very beautiful city there were still criminals and the most famous one was Jack The Slayer. Nobody knew what he looked liked because if you ever see him you just signed a death wish. It was just a normal day for Layla but when she got out of work she decided that she should take a walk in the park. While she was walking she bumped into somebody and fell to the ground. Layla looks up and sees a man in a hoodie about her age and he is holding out his hand to her. When she gets up she sees his face, he has short dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. They stare at each other for a little while and Layla smile at him. "Hi I'm Layla Sorry for bumping into you what's your name" she said. He looks away and says "Jackson" in a low whisper but Layla heard him. He was surprised that she wouldn't walk away something about her made him trust her. He then noticed some cops walking around and bolted. Layla stood there in shock but when she looks around she was surprised. She could now see her world in color like the tree leaves were green. She thought about it and decided to go to the library to see if she could find out what is wrong with her. After an hour of looking she found out that when people see color instead of black and white they have found there soulmates. So did that mean that the boy she met at the park was her soulmate. So she made it her goal to find jackson again and be with her soulmate.

For months she looked for him but she found nothing on him. When she went home one night she noticed that her window was open. So she unlocked her door and walked in and what she saw had her in shock. She saw Jackson was there in her apartment and he was on her couch watching tv. "It's you jackson you are my soulmate" Layla said with excitement. Jackson got up and said in anger "why would you love me a monster a stone cold killer I'm Jack the Slayer you should be afraid of me". Layla looked him up and down and said " I don't care about that if you love me i will love you for you". Jackson looked at her dumbstruck because nobody has ever said anything like that to him plus they were soulmates. He looked at her and for the very first time he had a small smile and hugged her than he did something he thought he would never do. He kissed Layla, Layla felt her heart skip a beat when he did that. "Layla will you be my partner in crime" he said to her. Layla had had tears in her eyes and nodded and kissed him again.

From then on Jack the Slayer had a new partner and her name was Wildcard. They ruled the criminal world. (Play song)One day though when they were out robbing a place and going after people they were cornered and Jackson knew he had to save her so he did the unthinkable. He ran at the cops attacking them and told Layla to run. Layla ran as fast as she could back to her home and started to cry. She had been crying for hours waiting for Jackson to walk through the door. When he walked through the door she ran to him but he collapsed on the ground. "Jackson honey please be ok you can't leave me"Layla said crying. Jackson had been shot and he knew he wasn't going to live. He looked up to her and said "Layla my love i love you so much and i want you to stay safe and carry on for me" and he kissed her one last time.

Layla was never the same again, her name got changed to nightmare because she made it her mission to finish what Jackson had started. Later in the year she had Jacksons child it was a boy and Layla named him Jack. She was known around the city and had earned the title queen of criminals. She was worse than jackson but she would always miss her soulmate but every time she saw color she was reminded of him. He was gone but his family would still remember him to this day.
