-Lucy's PoV-
I walk through the town with pride, wearing my Fairy Heart symbol on the back of my hand. People may fear me, sure, but I don't care. It used to bother me, yeah, but I have a family now. A family that loves me more than my birth family ever did.
(a/n don't get me wrong I love Layla this is just a fan doc I mean they aren't really pirates either in the show so if I bend some stuff just deal or don't idc)
I walk with more confidence than I ever did as a princess, and I'm much happier. I slow a bit as I approach the shop I've been searching for. It's a blacksmith's shop, and I'm looking for a certain sword to add to my collection. When I enter, I'm quick to look for what I want. Ezra might be upset if I draw too much attention, considering their are guards everywhere, and a woman with a rare Aquarius sword hanging from her belt might draw quite a bit of attention. Of course everyone would know exactly who I am. Lucy Heart. The original princess of Fiore, until I ran away to join them. Fairy Heart. The toughest group of pirates out there! And now, I'm one of them. "I'm looking for a sword of the Gates collection." I say, raising an eyebrow at the small man behind the counter. I highly doubt he makes the swords. Or that he could stop me for that matter, if I made off with a sword or two.
"Oh, really? That's a rare request... I don't have any swords, here, but I have a dagger, known as Nicholi!" he says with a small smile.
"REALLY?!" I shout excitedly, jumping a little and searching around the room until I see it, and run to it. "How amazing! So well kept and new looking!" I smile happily, picking it up with caution, and giggle as it trembles slightly in my hand. "How much?" I ask, slipping my fishtail braid back and batting my eye lashes.
"$1,000." he says, watching me. I furrow my eyebrows before thrusting my shoulders back, making my breath appear large and batting my eyelashes again. "Oh come on, how much is it reaaaaally?" I ask with a pout.
"Hohoho, for such a beautiful lady as yourself, $900." He smiles and I glare, quickly pulling Aquarius out of her sheath and pointing her at him angrily. She hums quietly as I point her, and he swallows nervously. "$5-500, then?"
I happily put her back and nod, winking. "Now that's a reasonable price to pay!" I slap down the cash and skip out, holding the little doggie dagger close in my arms. Aquarius still hums quietly for a moment as I step out, skipping down the road. I only stop when I see jewels, glinting at me through the window of a shop.
-Natsu's PoV-
I march down the road, smiling happily and laughing as I hit Loke in the shoulder playfully. We laugh and shake our heads as Gray yells at us, that we're drawing too much attention and that Guildarts might be angry. We laugh and shove Gray, until Loke stops us. "Guys, look at her," he said, pointing to a tall, beautiful blonde girl, eyeing some jewels in a window shop.
"That's one hot chick, huh?" Gray says, smiling, and I growl.
"Oh shut up." I snap. she wasn't just hot. She was gorgeous, and beautiful, the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, actually. And I want her.
"What's your problem, Natsu?" Gray asks, looking annoyed.
"I want her," I growl, angrily.
"What?" Loke laughs, and Happy looks confused.
"What do you mean, Natsu?"
"I mean that I want her. I'm taking her with us," I growl, stepping towards her quickly. I pause, and step into the building first, and pull out my sword. I'm going to take all these jewels as a gift to her, I decide as she walks away.
-15 minute time jump-
"Hey! You!" I yell, running towards her as I'm chased by guards of the palace. I had stuffed as many jewels and jewelry pieces as possible into my bag and pockets.
She turns around and her eyes widen in horror as she sees the guards, and they go even wider when I grab her wrist and pull her with me. "Let me go!" she yells, struggling, but she still runs with me, looking back nervously at the guards. "W-who are you? I'll fight you, here and now! Or, well, once we escape the guards!" She yells, and I smile. She's already perfect. I laugh and pull her along, still running, until we reach the docks. "Hey, that's enough!" she yells, struggling even more. "I've got to go now!" She yanks her arm from my grip and I frown.
"But I-I got you jewels and-" I pull the necklace she had been looking at in the window and hand it to her, smiling proudly.
