Not proofread but it's juicy

Kerri

"Will you take us to the library?" Susie and I were en route to the spa before the girls caught our attention on the side of the road.

"Yes! Now get in the car!" What were they, crazy?!

During the ride, the girls were unusually quiet. I'm talking about no noise from either one of them.

The plan for today was to go to the spa with Susie and get beautified for my date with Spencer. Tonight was our five month and he really wanted to do something special.

"Alright girls, have fun! Text me if you need me." They cautiously filed out of the back seat.

"Weeeird," Susie drawled out when the door closed.

"Yeah I have no clue what that's about."

Susie cranked up the volume and turned to some pop hit station. You could say she was pretty excited about the spa day- er, afternoon rather.

Once we entered the spa place, I was instantly in another, more relaxed world. Recordings of nature were playing in the background, the dim lighting added to the aesthetics, as well as the neutral colored painted walls.

Susie signed us in and we headed off to the changing rooms. I stripped down to the underwear and put on the thick robe the business had provided.

"Ladies, we ask that all cell phones and other electronic devices are turned off."

I turned off my cell phone and shoved it in my cubby.

~~~~~~~~
"Oh God, this is great."
Soft groans filled the room along with grunts of pain.
After our massages, we got waxed and then got our nails done.
The things girls have to do for a date is totally over the top compared the eased back to do list a guy has.
After our treatments were over, we got dressed and then paid.
"Thank you, I love the color too!" The receptionists and I fawned over my pastel green manicure.
"Kerri," Susie had been off getting a water while I was chatting. Her tone of voice had done a complete 180.
"Yeah?"
"Check your phone," her voice wavered as her eyes began to water.
Immediately, I rummaged through my pockets in search for my phone. Once I had it, I had to turn it back on. All in all, it took quite a while to access my phone.
But when I did, I knew something terrible had happened.
~~~~~~~

I sped to the pack land. Fuck. What's going on?! Why do I have over a hundred missed calls from the Banderas? Why is Susie's phone ringing off the hook?

At the gates, a pack member's eyes widened when he saw me approaching. He immediately let me in.

At the main house, I jumped out the car and ran toward the front door.

"Spencer!!" I banged on the door, not caring about my freshly painted tips.

The door swing open and I was pulled into a crushing hug.

"Spencer get off! What in God's name in going on?!"

"We thought you guys were kidnapped," he all but cried.

"Why'd you think that?" I glanced around at his grave faced family members.

"Someone took the girls."

"What?"

"Someone took my fucking daughters!" Zippora screeched. I winced.

The girls were gone? Whaa- my gurgling stomach impeded my thoughts as I ran for the bathroom.

I stayed at the toilet. Even after I had thrown up my lunch, I stayed. I stayed and cried and dry heaved.

A hand rubbed against my back. I screamed on impact. A gut wrenching, passionate scream.

"They were at the library," I whispered. "Who would kidnap them from the library?"

The breathing halted.

I turned my body to face the people crammed by the bathroom door.

"What?" I asked with saddened eyes.

"How'd you know they were at the library?" Joel asked.

"We dropped them off," Susie helped.

I felt the need to explain when we were given accusatory looks.

"We were on our way to the spa and saw them walking on the side of the road so we picked them up and dropped them off at the library. I told them to tex-"

My face paled when I remembered telling them to text me for help.

With shaky hands, I went to my messages and sure enough there was a text from Sage.

"HELP US! Please!!" Attached was a picture. It was way too dark to make out anything. My blurred vision didn't help.

Oh. Fuck.
