I'm now at the age of twenty two
Many people asking what I plan to do.
I should have had a boyfriend by now
But I never entertained a guy till now.

I just always give them a smile and blush
Assuring them that there's no need to rush.
I know Who holds my heart this time
And He knows whom to give it in time.

I may not know what you exactly look like
But I'm sure you're someone I'd definitely like.
I may not know how tall or strong you are
But I'm sure I would feel safe in your arms.

I may not know what kind of girl you're praying for
But I'm confident that Father God knows for sure.
I know He would prepare me to be perfect for you
And mold you like the guy I want to love so true.

I may not know your name at the moment
But surely your surname would fit my name.
Are you of the same age as me
Or older by a couple of years?

I have no idea if we have met already
Or if you have ever laid your eyes on me.
Would you think I'm nice and pretty?
Or would you think so differently?

Do you happen to like girls with curly hair?
Or you prefer those whose hair's long and straight?
Would you like your girl to be petite?
Or you prefer her to be tall and slim?

I have a lot more questions in mind
But I'm not worrying at this time.
I know for sure that I don't need to
For God has made us a perfect two.

I write this to you, my future partner in life
I pray that you're being faithful to me every time.
Because I'm waiting for God's faithful time
When He would bring you into my life.

I can't wait to see you on that day
My heart is yearning for you today.
But my First Love is taking His rightful place
And I know He'll handle my heart with much care.

The best love stories that God would write
Are for His precious childrens' delight.
Lord Jesus dearly loves you and me
He'll bring us together, my darling.

Please don't look at any other
Let your eyes focus on Jesus forever.
For at the right time, in the right place,
At the right moment, our love would take place.
