Hua Liang actually didn't leave the exam area. She had  seen the beginnings of Zhao Wuji and Tang San's battle and she is impress. Her trust towards him grew a lot after seeing how much he cared about the injured Xiao Wu. She didn't feel this trust in her old school except towards one person. That one person was the only person who is roughly on par with Hua Liang and somebody who she could truly call friend. Right now she felt this bond towards this group of people and she only knows them for less than a day! 

Hua Liang didn't hang around to see the end of the battle. She had left to cultivate more. Hua Liang didn't reach the thirty-one rank without effort. She had spent almost all her free time cultivating and breaking through the ranks.

Hua Liang found the group of students around a white-bearded man who emits a youthful aura. That guy is a student in Shrek Academy named Oscar.

 Tang San seems to be concentrating on pulling small needles from Zhao Wuji. Hua Liang was able to guess that Tang San won.

This guy is extraordinary! Hua Liang didn't actually believe that Tang San would be able to defeat Zhao Wuji. 

Hua Liang joined the group after observing them from a distance. Dai Mubai notice her and said, "Tang San won so you pass!" Hua Liang nodded and look over at Zhao Wuji. Tang San finally pulled out all the small needles from Zhao Wuji's body. He tried to stand up but after retracting his defense Hua Liang's poison finally succeed in invading his bloodstream and most of his blood cells were affected. Tang San look puzzled at Zhao Wuji who can't even stand straight.

Hua Liang walked over to Zhao Wuji. "My apologies. I didn't know my poison actually had affected you so deeply. It should go away sooner or later. This pill will help you release the poison from your system faster."

In one swift move, she handed a pill to Zhao Wuji and then she walk to the unconscious Xiao Wu and force a pill down her throat with the help of water. Her complexion immediately became better. 

Hua Liang's mother was a healer. Her pills and herbs had helped relieve aching backs and other problems. Hua Liang had gained her mother's medicine book but she had barely look through it. The self-made poison was made by her during the little spare time she had when wasn't cultivating. She had also made antidotes to the poison in case something went wrong. The spirit replenishes pill was made as an emergency in case she needs it. She had given the pill to Xiao Wu as a sign of respect towards Tang San.

Zhao Wuji eyed this mysterious girl. "Dai Mubai, take them to their dorms."

The group of teens enter the dining room and found everybody had already settled in.

"Since everybody is here, let's introduce ourselves. This is Little Ao (Oscar). He is a food auxi system spirit master." Dai Mubai said pointing to the white haired guy. Then he points at the fat red haired guy next to Oscar and said, "And this is Fatty (Ma Hongjun) We will cultivate together so there is no need for titles. Oscar and Fatty both call me Boss Dai because I'm a little bit older than them. You guys can call me that too. Tang San can I call you Xiao San?"

Tang San nodded.

"Call me Rongrong then. All my close friends and families call me that." Ning Rongrong said smiling. She looked around. "I think we are missing somebody."

Everybody look around. Indeed. The mysterious girl who didn't even introduce herself was not here. "So you are here." Hua Liang said entering the dining room. She wore a light blue color blouse and a white skirt. There is no longer a veil covering her face.

Everybody can now see her charms better without the veil. Hua Liang looks cuter and prettier than Ning Rongrong and roughly on par with Xiao Wu. The clothing she wore only brought out her cuteness.

Her complexion and look contrast the looks displayed by her eyes. It's as if she was blind. Her eyes showed almost no interest towards them.

"Hello. May I ask your name?" Dai Mubai cautiously asked. He senses that this girl is not as simple as she seems. She clearly looks like a young girl with a petite figure and cute face but her eyes display coldness that he never saw before. It almost seems...... lifeless.

"Sorry for the late introduction." Her voice is sweet and soft. It is derived of any coldness that was heard during their first encounter. "My name is Hua Liang." She sat down next to Xiao Wu and immediately starts a conversation with her.

Dai Mubai spends time and explain the rules of Shrek Academy. Not long before he finish the bell rang which signal that the dean is gathering them. They hurried to the big grounds and soon a middle-aged man walk towards them and Dai Mubai said, "This is our dean, Four Eyed Owl Flender. A seventy-eighth rank Spirit Sage."

"Not bad. We had five more students. Welcome to Shrek Academy. Later you'll each need to hand over 100 gold coins to Dai Mubai who will hand it over to Teacher Li who is in charge of finance. You guys are probably tired so you should all rest and reach your peak condition. You'll need the energy. Oscar and Ning Rongrong come with me."

Hua Liang who was the furthest away from the dean left quickly before the dean can notice her. She didn't need to recover since she didn't sustain any damage. She decides to cultivate. she's close to being a rank thirty-two.

Hua Liang arrived later and heard Flender disciplining Rongrong on her attitude. Hua Liang had a knack for sensing liars so she knew that the kind act Rongrong use when they first met was an act.  She didn't know that Rongrong would drop the act this fast.

Rongrong was too spoil because of her status as the Seven Tile Pagoda's princess. A little discipline is needed.

"......Dai Mubai possesses two hundred year spirit rings and one thousand year spirit ring and he's a rank thirty-seven Spirit Elder. He is the youngest to reach thirtieth ranked Spirit Elder. Tang San and Xiao Wu are both 12 years old and they are ranked twenty-nine Spirit Ancestor. The possibility that one of them will surpass Dai Mubai is high." Flender said. He later explains why each of the present students is above Rongrong.

Rongrong refuted the dean and said. "How about Oscar? I'm stronger than him!"

Flender shook his head and said. "You're wrong. Oscar has a full innate spirit power even though he is a food system spirit. How many full innate spirit power food system type are there in the world? His future accomplishment is limitless perhaps he might even surpass your clan."

Ning Rongrong stood there silently. Not knowing what to said. Hua Liang finally arrives at the scene after Flender finish talking.

"You're late!" Flender scolded Hua Liang. 

"I am sorry Dean Flender. I arrived awhile ago but you were distracted with something so I didn't know when to appear." Hua Liang apologized. Flender calmed down.

Ning Rongrong couldn't refute so she left angrily. Dean Flender instructed Dai Mubai to take the rest of the students to the Great Spirit Arena and Dean Flender explain the rules.

To graduate from Shrek Academy, you need to reach the iron badge. But getting this badge is difficult. A win is a point and a lost is losing a point and you need 100 points to upgrade to an iron badge. Consecutive wins are rewarded with more points. You can only participate in one battle per category each day.

Everybody was assigned to Arena 18 except for Hua Liang who was assigned to Arena 19. They part their way and got ready for their respective battles.
