Chapter 1: Mission Impossible
Riley sighed as she ran towards the ocean. She had another mission to complete with her spy group, The First Shots. They were a group of beginner spies. "Agent Dickinson, are you reading me?" Agent Clifton asked over the comm.
"Yes, sir!" she murmured as she dove underwater. Even though Shawn Clifton was a year older than her she was a better spy already. The two had a competitive feeling that they would always defeat the other in some way or another.
"Are you heading toward the target?" Clifton asked.
"Yes, Clifton, god! What else do you think I am doing?" Riley rolled her eyes. She felt like being on a spy team with only boys, was unfair, but it was her duty. She found the submarine floating in the water. It carried a toxic acid that could wreck the water supply. It was like a bomb though. In two more minutes it would blow up and destroy every living creature on the coast. If Riley was any other little girl, it would be impossible. Lucky foreverybody Riley was unlike any little girl in the entire world. She climbed into the submarine. There in plain sight, stood a bomb. It would blow in one minute! Riley grabbed her screw and wire cutter. Which wire? she thought. She gasped as she spotted a button on the machine. "Seriously! A self-destruct button!" she frowned. Whoever set the bomb must have been a big idiot. She pressed it and screamed, when the ship beeped. The bomb was destroyed, so would Riley if she didn't get out of there in three seconds. She leapt out into the water as the ship exploded. Shawn grabbed her, swimming back to the shore.
"Mission Impossible, complete!" Riley gasped for air, but her vision got blurry. Soon she was out like a light.
