Chapter 5 | Best Friend
Saturday - 9 PM
Kirsten's Pov:
"You bum that isn't how you do it." I said
Me , Ryan and Chelsea are in the living room playing monopoly , we haven't played yet because Ryan's struggling to hand out the money.
"Fine then you do it." Ryan threw a pile of money on me
"This is getting boring." Chelsea said
"It's been 45 minutes and we haven't did anything." Ryan then said
"It's because you were damn slow handing out the money ! " I laughed
We sat there clueless for a minute until we finally started the game. Chelsea was winning already fuck.
"Soooo, what's up with you and Hayes, heard you guys reunited again?" Ryan raised one eyebrow and it was creep as hell cause it looked like the Nike symbol .
"Ryan stop doing that!" Chelsea punched him
"So what he said, You guys reunited... AGAIN?" She asked
I didn't know whether to tell them what exactly happened because all of this is just to complicated especially for me when I just moved in a week ago. I haven't spoken to Hayes since last Thursday.
"He told me he still loves me."
"What the fuck?." Ryan whispered
I looked at the board and to see that we've been playing this game for about an hour and that Ryan still hasn't passed the go sign.
"What are you going to do about it?" Chelsea asked
I shrugged
" nope there's no way you're going back with him. After what he did to you last summer." Ryan got up and started pacing around clenching his fist.
"Ryan chill, im not going back to him , I'm not even sure what I really want. I mean.. What if he really means it this time?" My mind goes blank
"You have to figure out what you really want and when you do call me."
Ryan picked up his bag and left. Just like that. It was weird how he acted but I also felt bad because we could've talked about this in a mature way without having any fights .. And then yet again I said mature and that doesn't define me. I was left alone with Chelsea and all I could think about was what Ryan said. I don't know what I really want.
"You do know He's right." Chelsea said
I glared at her
"Sorry but it's true, Hayes left you and didn't tell you and when he came back, BOOM! he's dating Beverly. Make him know what he's missing , make him know that you're not just some random girl and now look you wasted your time for nothing , you gave up singing and doing covers to spend time with him." Chelsea said
My mind goes blank. She was right, after Hayes left I had nothing but to move on, hell I moved on a long time ago , which makes me a fucking independent woman, and nothing can prevent me from doing what I love.
"You know you're a dick sometimes, but I love you for that ."
I grabbed Chelsea hair and pulled her in and gave her a really tight hug.
"Can't. Breathe."
I let go and Chelsea was already gasping for air .
"So now what are you going to do?" She said
"First, im going to talk to Hayes and tell him how I really feel about him, and I'm bringing my singing career back." I smiled
"Alright so how about now let's finish this game and then we can go upstairs and watch romance movies and cry while eating ice cream?"
"You know itttt."

Not going to lie I rushed through this but I did reviewed over it and I hope you guys really like how the story is going ! You guys should comment who else should be added in the story and I'll probably add them!!!
