Prologue
The calm moon hung low in the clear sky, portraying the opposite of what was happening below. Shouts and cries of excitement filled the chilly night while the wind carried the stench of blood and dirt.
Beads of sweat slowly dripped from my brow and gradually made its way to the tip of my chin, finally dripping on the uneven pavement. I had a 7in Bowie knife in one hand and a 9in in the other, and I was more than eager to rip this smiling bastard into pieces.
After my last five fights today I'd finally gotten in the position I wanted, the opportunity to challenge my brother.
I bounced on my feet waiting for him to take the first move. After about a minute of circling each other I grew impatient. My teeth dug into my bottom lip drawing blood. My emerald eyes glowed fiercely as I examined my brother.
I knew he was waiting on me to take the first move but that I just couldn't do. The smiling bastard wanted me to lose my temper but I wouldn't let that happen, not this time.
As if realizing my resolve he lunged. I quickly took a step back and ducked his fast blade. The crowd began to cheer even louder.
Swiftly, I circled around my brother attempting to buckle his knees. Sensing my presence he turned around and punched me hard in the face. I quickly recovered to doge the next punch and directed a punch in his stomach with the hilt of my blade. I lifted my knee so it collided with his jaw and slashed my blade along his pretty face.
He venomously drew himself away from me. His eyes were pulsating with anger as he lunged himself at me again. This time I wasn't quick enough as he slashed my arm twice and doubled it with a kick to my back. I stumbled forward wincing from the pain but angrier than ever.
Ten minutes later we were both bruised badly and had blood stains matted on our clothes. I was tired and I knew he was too. I needed to end this now. I expertly moved the blades in a swift pattern in my hands keeping eye contact with my brother. I moved my hand outwards with the blade pretending like I was going to throw it. He looked behind him which became my opportunity. Easy!
This time I actually did throw my blade in his direction missing his cheek by centimeters. No matter, he was right where I wanted him! I was about to jam the blade in his stomach when I was hit with what felt like a wall. Suddenly I was paralyzed for a few seconds, but that was all it took for him to knock me out.
Authors Note
I absolutely love reading the stories on here from my phone (Wattpad App) so I just had to write one on my own. I hope you guys like it and tell me what you think! If you like it please vote, like, comment... You know! Lol thanks!!
Also, I've been getting comments about the paragraphs. I don't like how it looks spaced out & I don't think it should be because it wouldn't flow the same when reading it.
