I jumped from roof to roof, my control over the particles in the air making sure I don't fall. I practically flew through the air, watching the streets and alleys below me for any signs of disturbances. A man was walking out of a bar, normal. A couple was kissing on the bench outside a club, fine. A man was being followed by three females that looked dangerous, perfect. I twirled, mid-jump, and landed on the roof across from where I was. I jumped on those, never breaking my stride, as I watched the women. The man went to a motel, and was trying to find his keys while the girls cornered him to the door without him realizing. I stalked over to the corner of the room above them, watching to see what would happen. "Hey." The leader stepped forward slightly and the man looked up, startled. "Hello. Am I in your way? Sorry." He move to the side of the door, still searching for his keys in his business case. The leader took more steps closer, as to walk through the door, and she quickly grabbed his case while pointing a gun at his head. I quickly leapt down, landing silently in front of the gun, with the man to my back. "Hey! What are you doing? I've got a gun here!" She seems s adds of my sudden entrance. I smirked and chuckled in my deep voice, scaring her more. "If you wanted to tango, you could have just asked me." She looked at me, and then trained the gun on my masked face. The man finally found his keys, and scrambled to the door. I moved to shield him. "Go. Forget about what you are seeing, I've got it handled. Have a good night." I turned around and smiled at the man quickly and shut the door behind him. The girl still had the gun trained on my face and I raised an eyebrow. "You going to shoot or what?" She schooled her features and shot. I grabbed the bullet out of the air and turned it over in my grip, examining it. "Cool. I've always wanted a souvenir from a bad guy, well, girl, but whatever. Are you going to give up now, or do I have to beat you all up as well?" The girl stepped back, letting her girls go in front of her. "Charge!" They came at me, fists flying and bullets blowing. I dodged them all, and did a roadhouse kick. Girl one was without a gun. I snatched girl two's arm before she could react, and pulled her to my chest. She busted her nose on my bulletproof vest, and tried to aim her gun. The other girl charged at both of us, and I jumped up, easily hoisting girl two's weight, while kicking the leader in the forehead. She was knocked out cold, falling backwards into the pavement from the force of my blow. Girl one pounced on me, tearing at my cape while girl two tried to claw me with her nails. I used one hand to grab girl one's throat and poked her in her pressure point. She was out like a light. Girl two was now clawing at me frantically. I let go of her and before she could shoot, I grabbed the gun. I twisted it and she let go before her wrist snapped. She was too busy with the pain to realize when my arm snaked around her head and hit the base of it, knocking her out. I breathed a sigh and put one and two on my shoulders with the leader in my arms. I jumped up once more, using the water in the air to keep them on and me in the air. I jumped toward the police station, wanting to get rid of these girls quickly and return to patrolling.

I slipped into my apartment thought he window near the fire escape. I slipped into the shower, and took off my ring. My form changed to my original female one with a worker uniform on, with only a slight pain. I once again prayed to Aphrodite in thanks and slipped the beautiful ring onto my right hand ring finger. It only worked if it was on my wedding finger, much to my amusement. I hummed a random theme song as I walked out of my shower, completely clothed and dry. I changed into my sleeping clothes and made myself dinner. I ate a delicious chicken dinner and finished off my work for the week. "Winner, winner, chicken dinner."
