"Guys, I really don't want to go"
"Ugh Tim, you're such a downer!" My roommate Max says as he playfull smacks he back of my head.
"Tim we're going to this party whether you like it or not." Adam stated as he grabbed the keys to his car & headed for the door.
"It's really for the best," Micheal agreed. "You haven't even left the house after—"
"Shut up Red," Max snapped as he saw the expression on my face change.
"Let's just go." I mumbled as I walked out the door.
Time Skip To Party
—Emily's Point Of View—
"Em catch!" Shelby called as she tossed me a can of beer from the cooler. I just caught the can in time or it would've hit Alesa.
"Oh my god Shelby!" I said as the three of us broke out in laughter.
"IM SOREEEY!" She said as she tackled Alesa & hugged her. "I didn't mean to hit you!" She said in a playful voice. The three of us laughed & talked around the bonfire at the party we were at until Shelby got a text.
"Ooo who is it?" I cooed as Alesa & I leaned in looking at Shelby's phone.
"Yanno my friend, Ross?"
(Ross & Shelby aren't related in this. But they won't date dw I just think it'd be less wierd if they weren't related)
"Yeah I remember him." Alesa nodded
"Who?" I tilted my head to the side.
Shelby ignored me & continued to talk.
"Him & a couple of friends just got here. They're inside." Shelby nudged to the screen door of the house. "His friends are fun," she continued as she looked at me "You'd like them"
—Tim's Point Of View—
The music pounded loud from the outside but louder as we got inside. I was instantly hit with the smell of depression & weed. So basically the normal teenage smell. I turned around to look at my friends when I realized Adam & Red were gone
"Uh where di-"
"They saw some girls over there." Max shrugged. I didn't know how to respond so I just shrugged.
"Who are we meeting up with again?" Max asked as he turned around to face Ross.
"Shelby is outside by the bonfire with some friends."

—Emily's Point Of View—
"Okay Shelby I've never once heard about Ross nor his friends; Are they cute?" I said as I leaned in and grinned
"Eh. But they're fun so I guess it'll make up for it." Shelby shrugged
"Ooh there they are!" Alesa said as he sat up & called to them. I looked up & saw three guys walking toward us.
As they came clOser Shelby & Alesa stood up & hugged each of the three boys as they all said their hellos & sat down by us holding cans of beer.
"Uhm hi, I'm Tim." The brunette guy sitting next to me said after an awkward moment of silence as he put his hand out for me to shake.
"Em." I said as I put my hand out & shook his.
"Oh fuck." Shelby said as she grabbed my arm, leaning across Alesa.
"Max, Ross, this is Em." I smiled & waved to the two other boys.
