"Crystal come on play with me" my little sister Zoe pulled on my tale.
"ok, ok little sis" I patted her pink cat ears.
"can we get big brother to play with us too" her pink tail swished around her playfully.
"ok let's go see" I left my room and knocked on my older brother's door.
"what is it" Alex opened his door to be attacked with a hug by our little sister. "whoa there kitten" he grinned as the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. danger.
Alex's ears when down into his head and he grabbed Zoe and we raced out of the room to our parents bedroom where they were laying in a pool of blood
"Mummy!!! Daddy!!!" Zoe screeched.
"hold her" Alex passed her to me I held her close to me
"ssshhhh Zoe is ok everything will be ok
"I cooed to her oh I don't think that you will be" a man with a gun stepped out of the shadows "leave us alone" I hissed at him my ears flat against my head
"Zoe sweet heart you know the secret passage way that sister and I showed you I need you to go there and wait for us do you understand" Alex was turning more into his neko form.
"but-" I cut her off "we will meet you out there no if no buts go" I kissed her forehead as she turned into a cat and ran off
"ugh I guess I will get her later after I kill you both" the man gave a sickening smile. I pounced on him but he shot me in the shoulder I screamed in pain I was losing blood and fast my vision went blurry I could tell that Alex was fighting
"brother get our sister out of here" I growled
"I can't leave you" he yelled
"yes you can now go. don't allow her to lose another sibling" I was becoming light headed
"I love you" was the last thing that I heard before I lost consensus.
