The stars on the night sky was visible. Somewhere in a small orphanage in London lived a powerful human being. He was bullied, because he was different, he had magic. And that was powerful magic! His aura was darker than anything that was recognized, it surpassed even the Dementors, yet the boy never understood why he was hated, one thing was sure though, he hated now muggles.

Erebus was sitting down on the grass, looking up at the night sky, he had been seriously tortured, bullied. Because he was different from the other children, god he hated muggles. He thought he could never leave this place. He knew he was a wizard, but never not that dark. A green slimy like creature slithered it's way up his arm. "At least I have you Eria..." The Young boy hissed, in a language that was not familiar at all. Erebus had quite the unique ability. He could speak with snakes, understand the language, he was a parselmouth.

Erebus do not know who his parents are, or why he was placed in this orphanage. Did he not have any other family members? Well it seems like he did not. No one cared about him. Standing up, he began walking his way back inside the building to get some sleep. The so called freak were lucky all were sleeping already, if not there was no doubt they would try to kill his beloved snake. But Eria, was dangerous and poisonous, there was no way they could hurt them, pathetic humans.

When he finally reached his bedroom he walked inside to find all childrens sleeping already. Laying down on the bed he looked up at the ceiling, while petting his snake until his eyes soon could not handle staying wide open. Closing his eyes, he soon drifted into a deep sleep, leaving this horrible world, at least for awhile.

"Freak!! The freak? How?" A loud yell was heard from the hall, making the wizard wake up, sitting on his bed, he rubbed his eyes, tiredly. "Ugh, why is the idiot screaming now?" He groaned to himself as he stood up and walked his way to the wardrobe to Put on a shirt and pants. The moment later the door slammed open by his guardian. "Freak!! Can you explain this?" The middle-aged woman yelled as she held out her arm out with a letter held with a tight grip. "Uhm, it looks like a letter, what is special about that?" He asked before rolling his eyes. The guardian, also called Petra confused looked at the letter again, before turning her attention back to the boy. "Of course I know it is a letter, freak! But why did you get it??" She yelled in anger, but Then sighed in defeat before throwing it on the floor. "Ugh whatever it is not like I care, freak!" Petra replied before she turned around and walked out of the room, slamming the door closed.

"Bitch..." Erebus muttered as he picked up the letter from the floor and looked at it. "But it is strange indeed, I never get letters anyway." The 11 year old boy spoke to himself as he teared the letter open, revealing a long paragraph what seemed to be about some invitation.

Erebus eyes widened at the letter. Was there really people out there, just like him? A wide smile formed his lips as he suddenly began packing all his clothes in his bag. He could already leave, it was not like that human cared if he left.

The only problem was money. He did not have anything. How could he actually manage to get to Hogwarts without any money for the train? Ignoring the thought, he began walking his way towards the train station. He knew that the train would not go before a couple of days, but he had to meet some kind of guardian at the station to escort him.

It took a long while, but finally he arrived to his destination. After all he had no money at all to take the bus to the train station or anything like that. It was late in the evening as he looked up at the sky, inhaling the fresh, well the air was not that fresh but he felt more alive, not prisoned in isolation anymore.

"Done with your fascination?" A dark voice was heard from the distance. Erebus turned around to find a man standing there, wearing a black robe with matching long hair. A light smirk curled up his lips. "I guess, I am finally here?" He thought to himself, a chuckle escaping his lips.
