Story: yoh is a shaman a shaman who wants to be the shaman king
Now yoh have a fiance called anna and she is a rather scary woman. Anna trains yoh to become more powerful and before doing that. Yoh met manta a little high schooler.
Manta met yoh in a place where bokuto no ryuu rules and one of ryuu's subordinate saw manta so they bear up manta but yoh saves the day by using amidamaru as his spirit to defeat them.
They encountered a tao member but not just a tao member but the tao's leader's son. The leader's son is named Tao Ren ( he is my crush btw ) they're families is a war 100 years ago. So they battled and that's where yoh's journey begins.
