Oh there's no place like home, is that what you say?
You imagine a place to love and play?
What if its not like that at all.
What if it's a place where all your nightmares fall.
What if when you go home there's no love, and if there once was, its dead,
And hatred and fear lies there instead.
What if your face never smiles, until your
a hundred miles, from that place you call home.
What if that place eats you up like a rabid dog, mouth full with foam.
That in that place is where you feel most alone.
And the loneliness disentigrates you and your every last bone.
What if there's not an ounce of love in that place.
Its built with evil right from the base.
That the ones your supposed to love don't waste a second to tell you your flaws,
And rule over you with all their unjust laws.
What if as a child you never felt love
And you had no one to teach you of heaven above.
What if the story of the one big happy family never existed,
It was just you, forced to stare at a wall with all your mistakes listed.
What if a perfect home is just an idea people sell
But to you its always been absolute hell.
Oh there's no place like home, is what they all say,
but all the money in the world couldn't make me stay.
