Unfortunately We'd been assigned to be roommates at Clark university ... At first I thought it would nice having a familiar face but this guys is messy asf

"I don't know, I'm probably going to hang with Asia"

I gave him the "nigga are you serious" face and he laughed

He started to clean

I walked over to Asias dorm. She was going to Spellman university, an all girls school, which was only a few minutes away from Clark
I knocked on the door "pizza delivery"
"I didn't order any pizza" I could hear her confused voice walking towards the door
"Good thing I don't have any, but you can have a pizza me" (A/N get it😂 A pizz-a me ... Like piece of me... No ok 😅😅)
She rolled her eyes "you're corny as fuck"
"You love my jokes though"
"I wouldn't go that far, but I love you if that counts for something"
"It counts for everything" I kissed her passionately
She pulled me inside
"Hey Rodney" her friends greeted me

We went further into the dorm where Asias bed was and sat down
"You missed me?" I asked
She cuddled up to me "yes daddy"
I laughed "I ain't miss you though"
She hit me playfully "what we doing tonight"
"I was just going to ask you that"
"Well I asked you first"
"I don't know, nothing too crazy, we got orientation tomorrow"
"Ugh I can't believe summer went by so quick "
"Same, were freshmen in college .. That's crazy"
"It is"
"Damn... Just a few months ago I ain't even know if I was going to college"
"True, you're welcome"
"Yeah yeah it was all because of you, thanks babe" I kissed her again
We were silent again
"Get dressed " I said getting up
"Where we going"
"I'm taking you out somewhere special"

"Just because I appreciate you"
She blushed " give me like 3 hours "

I blew her a kiss and walked out to the kitchen and said by to her friends

Asia POV
I jumped in the shower to prepare for our date tonight. Its still all so surreal to me. If youd ask me a year ago if id ever think about going out with Rodney,I wouldve said hell no
But now he's one of my prized possesions and im so happy to be able to call him mine.
I put on my bathrobe and sat down at the makeup table me and my roomates shared.
I tuned in to my favorite youtubers "D&B nation" to watch their long list of new uploads.
I went for a natural look, bronze eyeshadow, my natural lashes, a highlight of course, and a dark red lipstick.
From there I went to my closet and picked out a chiffon long sleeve beige shirt,some tight light wash ripped skinny jeans, and some beige heels with crystals on them.
*Beep*
I got a text from Breana
What are you wearing tonight
clothes
bitch stop playing
lol, ill send you a picture
damn girl you look good, do you know where were going?
nope, you?
nope but I hope there's lots of fine black men
Of course, we basically live in the same area as all the TI's and Nelly's live

My phone started to ring and "Luv" started to play so I knew it was Rodney
"Where you at" I asked
"Waiting for you"
"You called in Uber?"
"Already waiting downstairs"
I smiled into the phone "Ok I'm on my way"
I walked downstairs and greeted him with a hug and a kiss.
I said hello to our uber driver and she seemed pretty nice
Little did I know she would make my life a lot harder in the days to come.....
