She was camping with her parents one day when she was eight. Being curious of the wonders of the woods left her to wander off and stray off from her parents, who soon couldn't find her. They immediately rushed to the police to start a search but during the time she had been taken in by a clan of Cougars. They have never found her since. However, when she soon became eighteen, a weird occurrence had taken place. The strange magic of the woods has given her longer claws, fangs, ears, and a furry tail. She had then named herself Katsumi. (Yes, I know it is a Japanese name. But it stands for "Victorious Beauty," which I believe sticks with her character.) She was never really a member of society. She preferred stalking about through the woods while hunting instead of being seen by others. Whenever campers did see her dash through the trees, they'd always take pictures as if she were a mysterious creature that always hid. She also doesn't know how most things work like cellphones and stop lights. ;w;
