"Who are you? What are you doing here?

"We're sorry, we don't mean any harm!"

"Who are you?" barked the voice.

"Kingsley! They're just kids!"

"So? Molly, they could be-"

"Molly?!"

All at the same time, the Wotters gave relieved sighs, knowing that their Grandma wouldn't let anyone hurt them, no matter if she knew them or not.  She turned towards them, the Lumos on the tip of her wand illuminating her face.

She said, in a much softer tone, "Who are you kids?" Teddy stood straighter. "H-hello, my name is Teddy and these are my, er, cousins. We mean absolutely no harm, I swear," he said. Molly's eyes softened, and she said: "Come inside."

All of the children went inside after Molly, followed by a disgruntled Kingsley. She gestured to the living room, and all of the kids sat down either on the sofa or one of the two armchairs. Teddy ended up having to stand. "Now, what are you doing here?" she asked, seeing the scared looks on some of the children's faces. "We-we, um, well," stuttered Teddy. "We're from the future," Rose said suddenly.

"Rose!" chorused the group. "Your, what?" "From the future. We had an incident with a Time Turner, and ended up in that field over there. This is the first place we saw, so we came here," Rose explained. Molly gasped. "Do your parents know your here?" They all shrugged. "What are your names?" Kingsley demanded.

Molly hit Kingsley lightly on the arm. "First and last names, please?" she asked sweetly. Everyone stared at Teddy. "Er, well-" James stood abruptly. "I'm James, er, Seer." The cousins immediately understood; he was going to say Sirius, like his middle name, but he couldn't, as they knew Sirius.

Albus waved shyly. "Yeah, I'm Albus Seer." Molly smiled. "Albus? Like Dumbledore?" He nodded. "He's my namesake." "I'm Lily Seer!" Lily said happily. "So you're all part of the Seer family?" Molly asked. Everyone nodded. "Are you half bloods or...? Teddy shrugged falsely. "I don't really even know. Um, do you think there's any way for us to get back to our time?"

Molly's face fell as she looked at Kingsley, who was still sort of skeptical. "I'm sorry, but Time Turners don't go to the future, there just isn't any way." Lily started sobbing and buried her face in Teddy's chest. His hair turned from its usual turquoise to a pale, icy blue. "I... wanna... go... h-home!" she moaned. Molly's heart broke. "Oh my!"

All of the Wotters' faces fell at the same time. Albus and Rose grabbed hands, and even James and Fred, the cocky pranksters, had a solemn face. "Well, l-look. Would you like to stay here until we could figure something out?" she asked.

"Can we?"

Molly smiled her trademark smile. "Well, it might be a little snug, but everyone else is at school or work. I'll set your rooms up now." Teddy stood. "Oh, that's not really necessary. We can sleep in a tent or- or something like that. You don't need to make a fuss." She placed her hand on his cheek. "Don't worry dear. It not that big of a deal."

Later, the Wotters were all gathered in the living room chatting. "Teddy?" Roxanne asked, "what if we, well, can't, y-you know, get home?" Teddy's turquoise hair turned a solemn navy. "Let's not talk about 'what ifs', alright? Let's just go to sleep, we're safe. That's all that matters."

And with that, the Wotters dispersed and went into their respective bedrooms. They all lie, drifting towards and uneasy sleep.
