When Blue Topaz first came to Blue Diamond's court she formally introduced him.
"Attention, I have someone you all should meet." Blue Diamond announced over the sound of her court's catter. All noises stopped. Everyone look up to her as she lowered her hand to set down the gem. Blue Topaz stood nervously in front of his diamond.
"This is Blue Topaz He was made 200 years ago. He will be apart of this court now. I expect him to be treated with respect understood?" The was a mumble of
"Yes, my diamond" throughout the crowd. Blue Spinel, who was 700 at the time, smirked. 'A new gem huh? Interesting..' He got up from the wall he was leaning on and walked confidently through the court right up to Blue Topaz.
"Hello. My name is Blue Spinel." He said bowing slightly to him.
"H-hello...I'm B-Blue Topaz." Topaz said shyly bowing in return.
"Shy huh? Not that surprising. Welcome to Blue Diamond's court." Blue Spinel said gesturing to the crowd.
"T-thanks.." Blue Topaz stuttered softly blushing. Blue Spinel just smiled at him.
"Come on I'll take care of ya." Blue Spinel held his hand out to him. Blue Topaz looked at his hand then him and smiled. Taking his hand, they walk over to where Blue Spinel was leaning on the wall. They just talked and talked until Blue Diamond left to take care of business, that's when the rest of the court started leaving too. Soon it was just them, they hadn't noticed everyone leaving.
