ch 5 Phoenix Drop

YOUR POV

I wake up and look at my surroundings. I see Ivy a few feet away from the shelter. What the heck is she doing out there. I go check on Ivy to make sure she's ok. "IVY WAKE THE FUCK UP!!" I yell while shaking Ivy to wake her up. Ivy pops up and stands up on her feet. "Hey Ivy why aren't you in the shelter?" Ivy wipes her eyes and adjust to the sunlight. "Um I uuu..."

Ivy POV

SHIT HOW DID I END UP!?!?! Wait a minute... Gene blew silver dust in my face... THAT WAS SLEEP DUST BUT WH-....
"I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. I thought looking at the stars would help. I guess it worked." I say as an excuse to y/n. "Well the night sky is gorgeous. Now come on, we have to wake up Jeffery and Katelyn." She runs to grab 2 buckets and comes back. "Here" Y/n says as she hands me a bucket.

"What do you want me to do with it?"

"Easy, go to that stream over there and fill it with water I'll tell you what else to do after." she says as she points to a near by stream. I take the bucket and head to the stream with y/n folowing me. We fill the buckets with water and run back to the shelter. I stand over Katelyn and y/n stands over Jeffery. With her hand she counts down to one then we pour the water on them at the same time.

Katelyn POV

I was asleep not doing anything when all of a sudden I feel water on me. I spring up and see Ivy standing over me with a bucket. I look over at Jeffery and see him soaking wet with y/n standind over him with a bucket. "WHAT THE HECK?!?! WHY WOULD YOU POUR WATER ON ME?!?!" I yell.

"What we had to wake you guys up somehow. And besides...y/n came up with the idea." Ivy points to y/n trying to take some of the blame off of her. "Whatever, lets just get packed up and moving."

Time skip 1 hour

Your POV

After we pack everything up we head on our way to Phoenix Drop.

We arrive at the Phoenix Drop gates. "IS ANYONE HOME!?!" Jeffrey yells.
"Really?" I say as I stare at him as if he did something stupid. "WHO GOES THERE?!?!" I hear a familiar voice say. I look up and see a guard standing on the wall. Is that no it can't be he's dead. "WE ARE HERE ON OKIASES BUSINESS MAY WE STAY FOR A LITTLE BIT?!" I yell.

The guard goes and runs off to open the gates. We ride in on our horses and tie them to a near my fence post. "Please feel free to walk around the village while I go get Lord Aphmau."
The guard walks away. Me, Katelyn, Ivy, and Jeffrey split up into groups of 2. I'm with Katelyn and Jeffrey is with Ivy. We take our seprate ways and explore the village. "Hey um...Katelyn?" I say while walking with Katelyn.
"Yeah?" "I dought you'll believe me I dought myself to but you know the guard that was speaking to us with the helmet?"
"Yeah...Why are you aaking?..."

"I think he's the first born in Okiases."

"You don't mean..."

"Yes... I think it's Garroth Ro'meave."
